Say what you want about this jack in the box location, they always DO THEIR BEST and go the extra little mile for almost all of their customers. Unless you’re rude first, that’s on you. They busted their little butts off all of Christmas Day, into the late night. The fact they did it all with smiles; they should be paid more to deal with the Moses lake public. The team is ran by majority of youngins who deserve more recognition. Thank you to the entire team:especially the evening and night shift workers who put in the work in to get us our munchies. If not everyone recognizes you guys, we sure do! Merry Christmas to you all! Happy new year.

This used to be my husband and I go to late night drive-through. I was told something happened with ownership within the last two years. And that would make sense because every time we’ve gone through there we’ve gotten sick. To where now we just avoid it even though the churros sound really good. Hoping things change at some point but service is always really good and the people working there bust their butts.

This particular spot seemed ghetto as you had to have the staff unlock the doors to use the restroom. Workers were joking with each other behind the counter about reasons why they were too busy to take my order. Ended up ordering online and getting my order through the drive thru, did not feel comfortable eating inside this location. We were traveling through Moses Lake bound for Seattle and ordered a breakfast try with French toast, syrup and utensils were not put in our bag when we went through the drive thru. Inconvenient, 2nd time eating at Jack in the box. First time was a lot better than this last time.

Staff is horrible, aggressive and intimating for NO REASON. Two men were extremely intimidating and rude when my mom asked why the cheese on my sandwich wasn’t melted, and he asked her if he’s comparing it to a sandwich made at home. He was rude, and made her feel stupid for asking a question. I have never in my life received a sandwich at a fast food restaurant without melted cheese. It was literally cold. Then, the second sandwich was even worse with 3 pieces of freezing cold cheese stacked on top. I went in and was complaining to the manager, who was very kind, and then a man who looked like a thug with face tattoos, came around the corner and started yelling at me. He said “it’s gonna be cold,” what? This is FAST FOOD. He berated me, saying this isn’t my house, so I put the cheese on the counter and left. He then intimidatingly ran after me out of the store, harassed me while filming me and BLOCKING MY CAR FROM LEAVING. He said “I got what I need you threw something at me,” which I did not. I never made any physical contact with this person. He threatened to lie to the police as well, and now he has my license plate in his phone. He needs to be fired at the bare minimum. I will be pressing charges if able. This was an abhorrent experience and this entire restaurant should be ashamed.

They are STILL OUT OF ICE! Kind of important for your drink, but what do I know? Fries were soggy and the burger looked it was put together in a hurry. 2 stars for friendly service.

The food is good but the staff totally ignores you if you go inside. They prioritize the drive through customers. But you have to wait so long just to place your order or they ask you to use the self kiosk which in my option is not user friendly at all. Out of the many times I’ve tried to go here I always leave frustrated and I’ve decided never to go to this store again.

If you’re going to be short staffed on Xmas Eve, just CLOSE. Doordash got priority. We got stuck in drive through between 2 door dashers for almost an hour. We weren’t allowed to order. Turn off Door Dash orders or block drive through or SOMETHING. What a waste of time to be told we couldn’t order then 2 cars behind us could do a mobile order!? What absolute terrible management.

I went through the drive-through and they brought out my order to me in the parking lot because it was a large order. by the time I got home I realized one of my sandwiches was missing. when I called the store to let them know, Angela answered, and she immediately offered to have me come back and have a fresh one made or to put my name down to come back at another time. When I arrived to pick up my missing sandwich, Angela was so kind and even offered to throw in something special to make up for it. I really appreciated her prompt answering of the phone and rectifying the situation with kindness and speed.

This place is nasty. Not clean. Bathroom was very nasty. I got sick off my food. And order was BIG. And took to long to make. They was to busy goofing off or texting. One worker looked like they was making a tiktok video. Never eating here again.
