Went through the drive-thru in the evening. Wasn’t busy, so our order was taken and ready pretty quick. The food was fresh and hot, everything was there and put together nicely. The parking lot was clean and was comfortable to park to eat.
I have been to this Jacks many times and am pleased to say that this visit was the best in a long time! Thanks for doing your jobs well employees of East Wenatchee Jack in the Box!! I don’t have anything to suggest that would improve the food and service we got.

When we first went in the staff didn’t say a thing to us. We had a coupon we wanted to use but the little computer upfront didn’t take coupons so we asked for help. They told me we should just order on the computer. We give up on the coupon and order food making a few modifications to two do the sandwiches. We got rude comments from the staff when we were given our order. Instead of adding the extra patty to our two sandwiches they ripped one in half and split it between the two. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning

Rule is if they have more than 2 cars, I avoid. But even then it can be empty and the same lady helping us NEVER gets my order right and charges me more than what I get. Who ever she is needs to get checked because at this point it’s straight laziness.

Easy access location, easy parking, food was delicious. I had the Mochacramochino pic below. Quality of food, service and cleanliness was all good. Restaurant is right in front of safeway in a remote location.

Considering its one of the few places open late at night, you would think they’d have enough people and sense to figure out “busy” times. I don’t really care if you have door dash, uber, etc. orders. You dont stop serving people who come through the drive thru. Does your Manager know you do this? If so, they aren’t “managing.” And your workers don’t really seem to care.

Ordered my food at 10 o’clock, waited 12 minutes to get my food with no line in the drive through. Only Ordered two things and I saw multiple people working. My food came out looking like this :/ it looks like they punched my sandwich
