I have lived in Washougal for over a year and I have yet to get a decent sandwich from this place. Tonight I ordered a sourdough jack, it was cold, one side of the bread was not toasted at all and only 1 little piece of bacon. Most times they get the order wrong!!! Will not eat here again

She made us wait at the order box long enough. We thought it was closed. Then, she couldn’t even take or order after she greeted. Then, he stood around on her phone. Will never come here again. Eat anywhere else but here. Don’t waste your money.

This store is tango uniform, SNAFU, because when I returned home and opened the bags, our large order of curly fries was nowhere to be found.
This was just the second time in 45+ years that I have been to a Jack in the Box after the corporation stole my dad’s Pizza Pocket recipe (yes, he originated the concept and coined the term) in breach of contract, so let’s just say I will not be returning ever again.
This store is an absolute mess and I fail to see how they can stay in business based on my limited, very negative, experiences. I filed a complaint with corporate via their app and was promised I would be contacted about being ripped-off, but not a word, not even a whimper. This chain is HARD-BROKE.

I live 20min out of town so I knew they wouldn’t be completely hot; the beef patties were obviously not fresh and dry and my bun was burnt. Looked like it had been squished.
I am disappointed because I love Jack in The Box and have since I was a kid.
I will however give them another try.

Placed an order through the Jack in the Box app and pulled up to the drive through to find a traffic cone blocking it so I parked to go inside only to find all the dining room doors locked and the lights dimmed. There was an employee sitting in a booth playing with their phone who glanced up and ignored me so I banged on the door holding my phone up displaying my online order. The employee sauntered over and opened the door and said they were on break. I asked for the manager and he said she is never here. I asked how many people were working there and he said 3. The employee did not care and shut the door. I paid for a product that was intentionally not delivered…THIS IS BY DEFINITION THEFT. Several other cars driving around the restaurant appeared to be having the same issue and reading previous reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem that Jack in the Box as a corporation clearly doesn’t care about. I will never spend another dollar in any of your establishments again. All in involved should be terminated and this franchisee’s license revoked.
