The food was pretty good. I mean, it is fast food. What set it above the rest recently for me was the sweetest little older lady that came up to help me. I unfortunately didn’t grab her name but it was 2/23 at about 1:30. She was the best. Probably in her 40s she was Hispanic/Latin American/Spanish. I couldn’t tell where the thick accent was from but even with a slight language barrier it was some of the best/friendliest service I have had in years from any dining establishment. Oh! And she sold me one of these keychains for a friend’s kid.

Their door dash menu does not allow you to add extra topppings or ask for sauce witch you can do when there when i attempted to call and ask them for extra pickles and ranch (3 times) no answer extremly upset with the menu option and the lack of accommodation and when tried to fix verbally was basically denied

We got #2 FABULOUS “MIDNIGHT SNACK SHAKE,” #2 “3 Jumbo Egg Rolls.” & #2 Teriyaki Chicken bowls.” & granted everything we ordered was delicious BUT I’m now finding myself waking straight up out of bed, craving these amazing shakes! & NOW I FIND THAT U’VE TAKEN THEM OFF THE MENUE????? WHAT????? WHY WOULD U GUYS DO THIS?!?!?! This is seriously the BEST SHAKE u guys have ever had & to pull it off ur menu is a HUGE MISTAKE & I
really hope u put it back on ur menu because u’ll be making millions of people really happy again having it back on ur menu. This way u’ll be saving all these people (including my husband & myself) from having to go into a lifetime of “MIDNIGHT SNACK SHAKE THERAPY” for the rest of our lives! LOL! I just went through the drive thru a little while ago and ordered a sausage croissant combo meal, when the employee handed me my order, I looked in and there were no hash browns, which I pointed out. He then tells the they are “out of hash browns”, which he never mentioned when I ordered. I asked for some kind of side, he mentioned they had french toast sticks, I asked if I could have those then? He started to argue with me, I asked why did I pay for a combo when you’re just giving me a sandwich and coffee? He walked off and got another employee to handle it, she gave me some fries, which is nice but had I known they were out of hash browns then I’d have ordered the sandwich and coffee alone and saved some money since I don’t really like french fries for breakfast. The order taker needs to explain basic stuff like that when people order, most people aren’t going to be happy about paying for stuff they won’t get.

I knew I shouldn’t have. But. I did anyways. I ordered a chicken fajita pita. And I didn’t even get one bite out of it. The pita was so hard I would have broken a tooth if I even tried. Pathetic that they would even try to sell that. If I wasn’t so pissed off I would go back and get my money back. Whoever put this together and gave it out should be fired.

The quality of food is good.The only thing I would recommend they need to improve on is their customer service and friendliness. Majority of the time, they are quiet or very unresponsive, and not polite
Apparently, listening is a hard skill to master. My mum ordered a shake with no whipping cream. Vigosha shake they added whipping cream. After telling him we said no whipped and cream.He proceeds just to scrape it off, instead of making a brand new one. When we told the person about it, I said, do you want a new one. We answered yes, the person running the drive through seems to be annoyed by it. So that being said i won’t come back here for sometime now

The past 3 times I’ve ordered delivery, I’ve been shorted on my orders and the food that is being sent out is subpar. I grew up with Jack in the Box in San Diego, my first job was Jack in the Box. I am familiar with what the quality should be and this aint it.

I went into the store to get a doordash order and slipped and almost fell on my ass. I tried to tell the manager but he acted like it didn’t matter and it wasn’t important. As a customer and an employee of doordash I feel putting people who enter your establishment in potential harm is completely unnecessary and could cause serious bodily harm and could potentially cause the franchise to be Monotarily liable. I sat in the store for 10 minutes watching customer after customer come in and have the chance of hurting them selves instead of one of the 5 employees at the store take 5 minutes to clean it up and put a garbage can under it to stop from water displacement. I hope they called the owner probably not. If this reaches you, there is a serious leak in the roof of your building that needs repair Immediately to save future customers from potential harm while in your facility.

A friend of mine and myself stopped here for lunch and I ordered the buttery mushroom , bacon Swiss combo , I asked for onion rings instead of fries since they were out of mozzarella sticks . My friend got a grilled chicken combo . The only item that was edible were the onion rings , my mushroom Swiss burger was so dry I choked on it , no mayo , no condiments at all . The fries were so salty they were thrown away , the chicken was as dry as my mushroom Swiss . I paid almost $40 for onion rings , the rest was not edible . I won’t be back

I walked in and told the guy behind the counter I wanted to make 2 orders as my roommate
Wanted me to pick him up some food. I made the first order and as the guy walks away I told him I needed to order more food. He said ok smiled and walked away. I proceeded to stand at the counter for 10 minutes waiting and when he brought my first order I told him I need to order more. He said ok and just left. I’m all for people working but if you have people who don’t understand you customer facing that’s a problem.
