Something definitely needs to be done with the location! I can tell the fryer doesn’t get cleaned on the regular by all the black specs that were on my French fries. Their intercom needs to be changed or something because they never hear my order. The tacos come out burnt. And they take forever to bring out your food. Bad service bad food I’ve given it one to many tries. No one should be coming to this location the only business they’re probably getting it from the hotel. Don’t waste your money here!

Upon walking into the restaurant at 6 o’clock on a Saturday evening, the place was empty. Two of the employees were out front smoking with a group of other young men. Only one person inside working. Ordered six tacos, a burger combo with a shake. Some minutes later, a second employee came in from smoking. Did the partial order then went back outside to smoke. It took another 15 minutes to get the burger then after that, they forgot the shake and took a few more minutes to do that. Three employees on the clock, but only one working. Absolutely horrible service and timeframe for a supposedly called fast food restaurant.
Hopefully the owner of the restaurant of this particular franchise will read the review and make some changes

This entire location needs to be shut down. Nothing but irresponsible middle age men who cant do anything right work here. They literally act like high school kids but they’re 40. SAD. Entire order was wrong. Can tell the oil in the fryer hasnt been changed in months. Asked for grilled chicken but got fried. Like please hire new people or shut this whole place down.

This place needs to shut down or have serious new management and a new team. We left with fries covered in gross black specks from a dirty fryer, we had no ice or carbonation in our drinks, and our burgers were literally falling apart and ripped buns. We will NEVER be coming back. Not to mention the cashier was nonchalantly rude as hell. This place is atrocious at never getting orders right and the food quality is the worst I’ve ever seen in food service. I am genuinely surprised this place still runs. You also have a red sign outside your drive thru window stating incorrect hours. Get your stuff together, and Richard, you need to do your job. I’m tempted to get a refund on this but it’s not even worth the trouble. Wow

I’ve given this franchise and both times absolutely disappointing, even in the world of fast food, this is terrible. I went inside and ordered. There were 3 staff. The drive thru was busy, the restaurant was empty. Staff were not great at customer service. Just to make this long story short- I ordered a burger, fries and onion rings. I was there for some time and watched them make the order. Somehow the food was still not piping hot, tasted poor and I was unable to finish it. I’ve ordered different things from 2 different places, not edible and absolutely not worth it AT ALL.

I ate here in July 2022 on a Sunday night. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly! We loved cracking jokes with them and had such a great time! The food was perfect for a quick meal!

Went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was rude when I tried to order a milkshake, that they couldn’t make because “the people last night didn’t clean it and she needed to clean it.” And then she told me they only have basic sodas like strawberry Fanta, lemonade, sprite, etc. even though it says they have 100+ flavors….
I ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger, ketchup only and when I got it it had everything on it.. so I called the store and the manager, Leann, was rude trying to tell me, “well you didn’t come to my drive thru” so I had to explain “her” Jack in the box’s exact location…. And she tried to argue with me about whether I had said ultimate cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY when ordering.. very rude all around from every person I interacted with in anyway.
And the fryer must have been dirty too because the fries have stuff all over them from dirty oil.

So we door dash regularly, and sometimes we’ll get food for ourself. At this location I just thought it was messed up that my partner and I were made fun of “secretly” while picking a dash up. Like as soon as we walked in everyone went into the kitchen and started snickering, which neither of us thought much of, but when I heard, “I wonder if they take turns” that kinda let us both know what all the laughing was about. Only will be going here on business as needed, since trans and bi people are not welcome.

Every time I’ve been here they have given me the wrong items or missed items. The staff doesn’t seem to care when brought to their attention. This Jack in the box clearly employs an incompetent crew and is not worth anyone’s money. Do not ever go here unless you intend for your food to be wrong, or cold, or just not there at all.

I’ve ordered at this particular Jack in the Box before, however, this is the only time I have received such a disappointing order from a restaurant. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, a side salad, and four tacos. Furthermore, I was extremely disgusted that the fries were cold and had black spots all over them. I also received my salad, which was atrocious, it had tomatoes that looked way past their due date, and the cucumbers looked as if they had frost bite. The last thing I ordered were the tacos, and they were just as gross. I also did not even receive a receipt, and I was disappointed that I had to throw away all the food because it was so uneatable. I wasted around $30 worth of food, which is not cheap at all and is completely unacceptable.
