Well, I need to update this post as a customer now also. I was taking a brake from dashing and decided to stop in for an online order hoping to have a better experience. I did not. Both of my hamburgers were wrong, one was remade onsite and as in checking mine i had to wave the guy working the headset to tell him that the other one was also wrong. He told me it was not and it was made as the receipt said.
#1 there was no bacon on the burger
#2 i said no mustard no butter sauce, just mayo.
#3 my onion rings were over cooked and cold to boot.
#4 the app never notified me my order was ready, nor did i get an email.
It took over an hour as i took my brake at 350 and was parked waiting for the 4am listed time as open.
I couldnt even eat it, and the smell was awful.
I don’t understand how the staff at this location are so incompetent.
Does that location need vetter leadership? Do they need an outsider to re-train them on proper steps and presentation?
I have over a decade of experience and helped start a catering company as well as helping straighten out a kitchen working for D.q in my past also.
With how tight most peoples finances are, this behavior and the quality of service is repugnant.
If i could give zero stars i would. I’ve had 2 door dash orders sitting for almost 30 min, unmade infavor of non dash orders. The manager said to other employees, “it’s just door dash, they can wait. ” thats absolutely unacceptable. The amount of trash talking to otger employees and about customers as they’ve left is not professional.
As a dasher, I’m still working too. So why do dashers get treated this way.

The food was amazing and the workers were really nice and hard working despite how busy it always is even past midnight. The oreo shake is one of the best I’ve ever had, you got to let it melt a bit but I find the taste is worth the wait. (^w^)/

DISGUSTING!!! Person on drive thru speaker was yelling at coworkers over the mic person at window was high as a kite and it took 20 minutes to get my food and I was the ONLY person there. Kitchen staff nodding off and my drink literally had a blue drink stain on the lid!! I ordered a coffee?! Super gross hygiene wise here I hope I don’t get food poisoning, I’m still gonna drink it I’m getting my moneys worth out of this dump.

Terrible customer service. I came in the lobby 2/24 at about 4:30pm to pick up an order and nobody even looked at me. I stood feet from the three employees for several minutes while two of them argued. The third was running the drive through. Two other people came into the lobby and we were all just looking at each other as these employees continued to argue. It was clearly one employee worse than the rest. He was a husky young white guy running the area by the fry machines and kept yelling at the skinnier one with dark brown hair grilling burgers who was trying to work …but the guy just kept nagging at him and it lead to this uncomfortable and totally inappropriate/unprofessional high school display of drama. The fight was about management previously telling the bigger guy that something wasn’t done and something done wrong. He was upset and having a meltdown that his coworker was actually to blame. I have never waited so long at a restaurant for a food pick up – giant waste of time. The restaurant clearly does not care about customers at all. Then when I went to get into the car, several people were backing out and leaving from the drive through. The employees could clearly barely accomplish anything.

I had a great time at Jack in the Box! The food was tasty — everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff treated us well; they were friendly, quick, and polite. The atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable, so we enjoyed our meal without any rush. It’s nice that even simple fast food can feel welcoming and satisfying. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and pleasant meal — we’ll be back for sure!

There’s always one employee here doing the work of 10. So shout out to them. Usually a woman. But heads up. Never order through DoorDash, even if google says it’s “less busy than usual” Took about 30 mins for to food to be ready for the dasher. Not to mention its costs a lot more on DoorDash.

I stopped in here so that I could hopefully use the bathroom and get a bite to eat. I would like to make sure I use the facilities before eating, as I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could use the restroom just straight up no, not a. You can use a restroom if you order some food or they’re down for maintenance, when I asked all I was told was no. And the way he was so rude caused me and three other people to leave because for some reason that person decided that nobody could use the restrooms. I will say one of the three restrooms this restaurant has did have a sign that said closed remodel. I ate at this restaurant before chatted with the manager who was absolutely nice and was allowed to use the restroom without issue.

Their grill is always not working, how can a big company always have bad machines. What a shame. I don’t trust their hygiene also. Their food especially fries are expensive and the quantity is very little not worthy the money. Workers always have a stupid attitude. I wanted almost 5$ on a small old regular fries that the guys was just collecting and mixing with other stuff. So disappointed will never come here again

I almost slipped and fell on their disgusting greasy floor in the lobby. Most of the staff were standing around laughing and joking when they could’ve spent their time cleaning the floor to avoid someone slipping and falling leading to a lawsuit. Cleanliness is in the gutter and they need to spend more time getting the floor clean enough to walk on. I have a bad back and a fall from the neglect of cleanliness would’ve put me in a bad situation.

Absolutely gross qaulity of food, ordered an extreme sausage sandwich meal. The hasbrown was the consistency and taste of a hot wet napkin, and the large caramel iced coffee with extra caramel tasted like a cup full of dirt while being the wrong color all together, lost money because I couldn’t even bare through it.
Save your money and run far away from this location.
