So since I wrote a review on 11/30/25 and someone at this fast food place erased my review, I’m here to do it again. I chose to dine in that day. I have never been to this Jack in the box in bonney Lake and I live just a few minutes away. As soon as I walk in I hear the manager. Janine she’s a little shorter and had blondish hair and a ponytail and glasses. A younger worker Mel younger worker saying that he’s stupid and he’s slow and it took me a while to get their attention because her back is turned towards me and she was trying to deal with orders. A young lady finally came to the register and asked me my order and my order was wrong. I go sit down and I can still hear the manager. Talking really rude and a hostile environment towards this younger worker. The male just saying that he doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s so slow. He’s stupid and it just continues and continues. I was there for 40 minutes trying to eat my food that they gave to me. That was wrong and listening to how she talked to her workers. The very hostile environment that she runs I felt. So sorry for that. Young gentleman working. She was getting him all worked up where he was like running from the drive-thru window. Back to get the order back back and forth back and forth. Unacceptable. I was the only one in that restaurant and I heard everything she was saying when I had got my food and told them it was a wrong. They didn’t even say sorry. I just said I don’t want to cause any problems. I’ll just go ahead and eat this but they didn’t say sorry. Can I make you another one? Nothing like that. She just looked at me and continued working. I will never go back to this Jack in the box and I will not recommend it to anybody not acceptable at all and if this gets erased again I will continue to post

Orders the two tacos for $1.99 I would be embarrassed to say I worked there if the management tells them how the food should be the tacos between the two maybe had a teaspoon and quarter of I guess hamburger it looked more like canned cat food

Jack in the box is literally known for being open late, light LATE LATE. We’ll, apparently someone forgot to inform the employee working, because they almost threw a fit that I had the gall to ask for the chicken strips. Said they were out of it. Okay….so I tried to order a number 10, but grilled, because that wouldn’t need the chicken strips. Apparently this is too much, and beyond here they just devolved into some sort of weird fast food drone. Suddenly they need to ask if they’re even able to make it, Yada Yada. OK, fair enough, they broke down the fryer and it’s probably off and it’ll take like 5 to 10 minutes just to heat back up. OK, so I give up, ask for a number 1 (because who would be out of burger Patty’s when it’s their main dish) and she’s just exasperated that I dare ask for food….from a food place. Late at night, yes, but I mean aren’t they known for being open late? Did this employee not get the memo that that’s jack in the boxes whole shebang? Anyways, avoid. Just go somewhere else. The employees don’t want to be there, (I mean I work fast food too, so…I dunno, do any of us wanna be there? Not really right?) And because of that, the entire experience just sucks for everyone involved. Maybe if enough people stop going they’ll either a: find employees who do want to be there, or b: improve the situation for those that are already there, so they actually do the job without hating any and all forms of humanity

Terrible drive thru took 10 minutes with only one car ahead. Then to add tomatoes to a chicken sandwich costed .49 and they only put one slice on and this is the white rabbit food lettuce they used. Tacos were the best part! Haven’t been since chicken sandwich were .99 and won’t be back ever again. Just needed to make change for a offerup buy

I order food hour before coming, then a wait 20 more minutes, girls, who prepared everything, don’t even use gloves when she do fries for costumers. You should to hire someone who know them job. I spend almost all my lunch time just for waiting, I love old team better, cuz now that piace of crap.

1st the inside dinning area was so gross not 1 table clean. Food & smears of people’s past eating on every table & the floor dirty & sticky when you walk. Asked for something to clean 1 table so my Mom & I could eat. They handed me a pile of napkins. Got our food in bags even though we were dinning in. Asked for a tray & they didn’t have 1. What? The area for staws, lids, ect was empty. My food was NOT hot. Cheese not even melted the sprite & iced tea were even gross. Tasted like lines needed to be changed or they were very dirty. We sat with out paid for food in such disappointment. Hungry & looking around wondering if it looks like this out here so unclean & unsanitary. What does it look like back where they’re cooking? Is it gross & unclean back there too? How sanitary is the food making & the food? Left still hungry, but already spent our out to lunch $$

Stopped in to get just two drinks. Took almost 25 minutes to get them. Was not the restaurant’s fault. Person in line kept changing their mind and then went to pay for it did not have enough money so then they had to start completely over. Kudos to the girl that was waiting on this particular customer. Was very patient

Staff was nice. Food was super disappointing.
Fries were cold and soggy, chicken in the chicken sandwich was so tough it was hard to bite through.

Jack in the box used to be good back in the day, recently the food I got , the beef patties. They did not taste right, it tastes like they got a bunch of fillers in it like soy fillers, and it’s really really expensive. I’m not gonna go to Jack-in-the-Box anymore for the rest of my life. They’re pretty much sums it up. The food is not the same as it used to be six years ago.

I pulled up and drive thru was busy so i decided to go inside and was told after i came in unlocked doors that they aren’t serving customers inside only the drive thru because it’s too busy.. but while back in line waiting watched them let other people come in and order. Make that make sense. Terrible never coming back
