I placed an online order approximately a year ago. Upon arriving around 2 AM, I observed a single employee’s vehicle, a dark-colored Jeep Cherokee or similar, parked directly in front of the doors. I watched the individual enter the vehicle and depart, but did not give it much thought at the time. There was a young woman at the drive-thru window, and I waited behind her for at least 10-15 minutes, assuming her order was being processed. In retrospect, I now believe this was not the case. Eventually, she moved forward to the window, and I continued to wait at the speaker, then again behind her at the window, for a combined total of over 30 minutes. I understand that situations can be overwhelming, especially when working alone, but there are still ways to manage such circumstances without inconveniencing customers and, in my case, resulting in an unfulfilled $35 order. I even followed thru the proper channels on the website but never received a follow-up email either or anything. Smh

No system. I ordered online 15 minutes before I come in. I come in and this dude ordered his food and got it before me. So what’s priority, and what’s the point of online orders if they’re not gonna have it ready? This place once again has bad customer service ship. Really sad it’s the only one this side. The one by the freeway probably has better service but I don’t live next to that one. Sigh

I’ve been here so many times I give up. I normally give places a chance but they’ve messed my order up every time. Whether somebody’s lazy, or doesn’t speak English, the whole night crew is garbage. I’m sorry ♂️I mean who gets a munchie meal and orders two things of fries? Literally after I just asked them if they had tacos. Just make sure to check your food bags BLATANTLY in front of their faces. Somebody needs to teach them, please. Obviously management don’t care.

Called and spoke to manager Jordan @235am his coworker Tallen helped me at the window, @2:15am Monday morning.
Asked for everything fresh to order I was told that was not a problem. But entire meal came out cold and a old like taste as if it’s been sitting out for at least 4-6 hrs. No possible way this food was made fresh I didn’t find out until 12 min later when I got home. I paid 40$ for food I can’t even eat because I don’t know how long it’s been actually sitting out so not sure if it’s safe to eat. I asked Jordan if he could make this right, I was told if I could come back right now he would give me a few tacos. I told him I would bring the entire order back. He was not willing to do anything to make things right even if I brought the meal back. I want a full refund and will be bringing the entire order back in the morning. SERVICE IS DEAD IN America. We mostly have good fast food in Puyallup Hot and fresh. But THIS IS NOT THE LOCATION TO GO IF U WANT anything worth ur money.

Lady at the window was nice. But other this that it place is horrible. I got a number 2. Wheres the garlic butter sauce that goes on the burger? I got the other sauce that they put of it but no not other one. Another day they was sold out of everything pretty much. Normally the wait is ridiculous as well. This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. I think next time i will go out of my way to a jack in the box that actually does there job then to come back to this one again. I hope this place gets shut down.

Went to the drive thru ready to order and nobody there to take my order. Drove up to the window and nobody there. I drive back around and the 2 workers are outside. (We don’t know what they were doing outside and don’t care but we just wanted to order food because we were hungry) So I asked is the drive thru open. The 1 guy said yes we are open. I proceed to order again. I order 3 meals all with curly fries and a large curly fries on the side. Ordered 2 large oreo cookie shake and they were out. Ordered 2 order of tacos on the side and they were out. We get all of what we ordered. We get home and all the curly fries was stale and hard to eat. Some taste burnt. The 2 burgers and the spicy chicken was stale too. Oh yeah and if u guys are looking for your bread tie for your buns, we found it. It was in the spicy chicken sandwich. Smh. Never going back there again. Spend almost $39.00 on this order.

The employees were more focused on talking to each other than getting my order right. I asked for no sauce and no tomato and they didn’t ring it up when I ordered and when I got to the window and they handed me my receipt they promptly shut the window and gave me no chance to bring up that they rang up my order wrong. I will say the chicken patty and onion rings were indeed fresh but for that price I expect that they ring my order up right and have some customer service skills.

Went to this place June 15 Sunday at 1:30am.
Cook was in the bathroom for a substantial amount of time.
Then once I finally got my burger it had only a paddy. No lettuce, no ketchup, nothing else. Just bun and meat.
Never coming here again.
