We had a long day and decided to stop and get food. The person who took the order was extremely rude and upset by our order, he made snotty remarks because he had to make tacos. The tacos were awful looking, greasy and there was some gross hair in one of them. We ended up just throwing them away. The hamburgers and fries were cold. We ordered the burgers with no onions and they had onions on them, or they had onion taste, like they just scraped off the onions, and the chicken sandwich was burnt. We never order meals because they are over priced and not worth it, but as I stated, it was a long and busy day, it just seemed easier. We will NEVER order meals again! This was one of the worst services we’ve ever gotten. I should have just drove right through and went to the Burger King next door.

The hours listed are open until 3 am, we pulled up at 9:30 pm and despite there being two vehicles waiting in line for their food, we were informed that they were “not taking orders at this time.” Not that they were closing, or short staffed, they simply declined to take our order.

Jack in the Box on Canyon Road… The worst food you can possibly get at a fast food restaurant. Nothing but gross over cooked food. Greatest tacos I’ve ever seen, as they seem to be deep fried, then deep fried and then deep fried again! Jalapeno poppers were cold and the rest of the order was just as bad. My cat could literally learn how to cook better than the cooks they had the evening, we got food. I was going to take the tacos in to see if they would eat them, but haven’t gotten around to it. If a restaurant cannot sell you quality food, that they would enjoy eating, then they shouldn’t be in business.

We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks, egg rolls, and the mini tacos. They are all very dark in color and tasted like Rancid oil. I believe they need to change your Grease.

I ended up buying curly fries when I wasn’t even given a choice. Other than that, everything was good. However, they are a little more expensive. And… they don’t have ice-cream cones.

I ordered a munchie box thru the app to p/U in the drive-thru. It was 12:50 AM. Got to the window employee handed me the wrong order. Which was realized when I asked for my small drink. He took it back. Told me he did not have my order on his computer and there was nothing he could do. I showed him my confirmation email as proof. He said there was nothing he would or could do. I said I paid for the money order and have the proof. He was rude the entire time. I asked for 7 ranch. I use it on everything. He put 3 in my box. Had to ask again for the rest. Just a bad bad experience. Pictures speak for how the food was made and given to me. Cold not done fries and burnt onion rings. And a burger drowning in sauce. Not even the right sized burger.

Don’t come in the afternoon. I walked in, no one acknowledged me. There was 3 women standing around, I get they are the cooks, but say something. No one came to the front to take my order. No one said a single word to me. Sooo rude.

Today was a really good day for me and I decided to help a person that was holding a sign by taking them inside to eat. I bought the person a milkshake, fries and a double bacon cheeseburger because they looked hungry. A milkshake was spilled. We both got milkshake on our hands trying to clean it up and I asked if the bathroom was available and what the code was and I was told it was locked and it was out of order. I’ve then saw a guy coming from the bathroom and asked him if the door was open and if it was working, he said yes it was. I went back and I checked, and I was able to wash my hands except for the gentleman who I had fed wasn’t able to wash his.
Business is the worst. You should give someone the use of a bathroom because they’re homeless if they are a customer and they should be able to use the restroom. This is the absolute worst Jack-in-the-Box that I have ever been to. You can look at that person’s photo that I included in my review.
I would probably give more stars if the person who served me which was employee J at 2:25:36 p.m. on January 23, 2025 hadn’t lied to me about the bathroom being out of service. This is just bas service.

H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E I even asked them dang near begged them to make it fresh, that when I spend 49$ at a fast food place all I ask is to PLEASE make my food fresh. I live in Spanaway and went all the way to puyallup in hopes of better service smh I guess I didn’t go far enough into puyallup. If I ever get fast food again I’ll make sure I drive the extra mile or two to get better service and better quality food.
