Placed an online order and was told too pull up to the front (not a huge issue as its very common at this location) As I’m waiting a employee comes out with the wrong order then i get my correct order without a drink. Had to go back inside to get my drink. Employees are not too friendly and many are weird. I brought this smoker to the attention of an employee and he did not even care, he said it was fine.

I want to leave a good review but I cannot. When they are open they are pretty good, but that’s the key. “When they are open”. It seems to be entirely random whether or not they are open regardless of the posted hours. I suspect they don’t treat thier staff well and therefor cannot keep enough staff to stay open. More than once I have found it closed and been told by the remaining employee that thier coworker quit on the spot and they had to close. This should not be a reoccurring theme.
I like Jack, but good luck catching them open for buissiness!

They completely stole from me. I called a dozen times I spoke to the district manager after they charged me for an incorrect order and fifteen minutes in drive through. I had my kids basketball game in town and this is only my second time going here, years apart and similar last time. How unprofessional!!!! They robbed me and have made no attempt to make it right.

Well eventually I was given the chance to go be given the food I got at a restaurant in Bremerton. I had the smash burger, kids had whatever. I will probably never go to Jack in the Box again. Prices are far higher than the worth. I appreciate the district manager doing something, but apparently the food business has drastically changed. Not a fan

Waited 20 minutes for my food and still waiting for my drink. Staff seem unintentable to the front counter orders. I will not be eating at this location ever again.

First time in the west coast and I just had to try Jack In The Box, the staff was so kind and welcoming and recommended some items and even gave me a few signature sauces to try and see if I liked them. Place was clean and food was great, definitely a big fan of the curly fries and the small tacos

Best Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to! Food hot and fresh, and restaurant was super clean and friendly. Felt like the workers truly cared for a change! The manager is at the register and is like the mama bear making sure her cubs are well fed :-). Definitely coming back.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Super slow staff. Well, it was honestly disappointing and truly sad because I actually like Jack in the box. Maybe it’s because it was almost 2am but even still I feel that is no excuse especially when working in fast food. Also the staff looked like they’re freezing in there, almost like the owner is to cheap to even pay for heat for his staff. Also the drive thru worker wasn’t wearing gloves and that’s concerning to me! Very long wait time, over 25min for 3 standard meals. We actually had to pull around to the front, and these were basic meals! I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again any time soon.

I have gone during the day I’ve gone at night. I’ve gone three times in the past month to order the teriyaki chicken bowl with an eggroll every time they tell me oh “we don’t have that made up”….. I reply with I’m willing to wait and they say nothing silence over the microphone in the drive-through I know they can make it. They just don’t want to. They don’t wanna take the time to do it even though I’m willing to wait without arguing withoutcomplaining. I just want what I want & I’m willing to wait. I know it takes a minute to make. I’m willing to sit there for as long as it takes, but nope they can’t be bothered. They’re lazy and they don’t wanna do their job; customer service that is. It’s a shame. Customer service has gone so downhill!!!
