I just had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant that I can remember. We went to the Jack in the Box in Port Orchard to get dinner for my wife, son and I. I ordered $41.66 in food and drinks at 05:35 PM. The men ahead of me had to wait for their food for 20 minutes. There was one other order ahead of me inside the restaurant and only three cars in the drive thru. The lady and her son who ordered after me had to leave and wanted a refund, because it was taking so long, but the girl taking orders at the drive thru and the front counter could not give them one stating it would take as long as it would for them to wait for their order, I thought that was interesting. The girl that was taking orders at the drive thru and the front counter kept asking for help, but no one would come up front. There was one girl and all she did was run the fryer, just kept standing there and did nothing else. The excuse was that they were training people and were low on people because the manager never comes in at night. I couldn’t believe how long food was sitting out and how food and dirt were on the food preparation areas and floor. I finally got my order at 6:10 PM, 35 minutes and it wasn’t busy. My wife came in from the car to see what was wrong. We got home and the food was cold the curly fries were one big ball. I would say the “Manager of this Jack in the Box needs to take some time in their restaurant and manage it.

Not open its 1am on a monday… why are you closed?? Definitely not 24hrs like your door says… i wonder if all the employees are sick or something… well whatever the reason it must be good for them to put a chair in the drive through as there way of saying we are not open lol

So I figured since I have been in the drive-through line for about 45 minutes that I would write a Review. When I first pulled up I thought oh, maybe everybody quit and there’s one guy doing everything. But then when I got to the window I realized that there were at least four people in the back and they are just extremely slow. The food was cold when we got it because it was a mobile order. Don’t worry though the crew was sipping on milkshakes having a good time so at least they love their jobs.

To give context, I’m not a particularly big stickler on hassling fast food employees for my orders… I’ll usually ignore small things anyways… but how are we supposed to ask for whipped cream and a cherry on top of our milkshake when we place a mobile order? According to the employees at this location, it’s something I “technically” have to opt in for (?) but I’ve gone to every other Jack In the Box and they’ve had it on there regardless and at nearly seven dollars I’d just appreciate some toppings. According to that logic I apparently have to call ahead too to opt in for the things we’ve ordered… funny enough they didn’t even have the shake flavor I wanted so they just said to pick another flavor. There’s clearly something wrong with the management or staffing that is getting in the way of basic customer service but either way I’d keep your orders simple here or they might forget to make the correct amount of French toast sticks when the restaurant has just one customer. Thankfully, it’s hard to mess up tacos.

You can’t say much about the food. Typical greasy fast food. The issue with this location, they were very understaffed. The employee had us pull around and wait for our food. Several vehicles followed and waited with us. It took quite some time for them to bring our food out. Corporate is to blame, do better so you actually have a staff to support customers

Wife and i stopped got some food to go. It was great! The staff was very friendly and although Over loaded they handled everything professionally and made it happen and for only having 3 people it was impressive. We will be back for sure

Whoever is running this place into the ground needs to be replaced. They never order enough ingredients to keep half the options on the menu, they are constantly out of stuff and it’s so ridiculous it makes them the most avoided fast food place in port orchard. They would get more business if someone knew what they are doing

Asked for lettuce and extra pickles. Gave me the ends of the lettuce and just slapped the pickles on. I ordered a large onion ring and I was given 5 onion rings in a cluck sandwich bag.

Terrible! And the prices were ridiculous and even more so considering to poor food we were served!
We were told we were waiting on fries, implying the would be fresh and hot when delivered to our car but instead they were lukewarm at best and undoubtedly double dipped to freshen them up. They were YUCK!
