This is normally our favorite fast food place for breakfast. We went there this morning and the hashbrowns were mushy and my sandwich was completely cold, my husband’s was luke warm. This is very disappointing after spending $30 for breakfast. The girl at drive thru was less then friendly as well. Overall, not a good morning experience! I gave an overall 3 star because the food is normally hot and good but there are only a couple people at drive thru that are always friendly and those couple stand out – wish I had their names!

Definitely got ecoli from here yesterday. Ordered a smash burger. Have reported to health dept. I’ve only been this sick one other time and it was ecoli from chipotle 11 years ago. I will never eat here again. If anyone reading this has gotten sick here recently I urge you to report it to health dept!!

This Jack In The Box is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. The employees here don’t care about anything and get annoyed to have to help you. Every time we’ve come here they don’t have a working soda machine. Today they told us they only have 3 kinds of soda all of them being diet. The lobby is ice cold, possibly so you won’t wanna sit in and dine. We came by last week at 7pm and the restaurant was closed. They had cones blocking the drive thru and doors were locked. We’ve come in the drive thru a few times around 9pm and they wouldn’t let us place an order in the drive thru and the lobby was locked. The employees were using profanity and the atmosphere was very awkward. The employees stared at us the whole time like they wanted us to leave. This place should be closed down. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location or across the street to BK.

This was a super clean easy to get in and out of Jack in the Box. The restrooms were well stocked and spotless. My food was made fresh and was super hot. My milkshake was delicious. Everything about this stop was enjoyable.

Dirty dining area, staff seemed annoyed when my family walked in. No one else inside. The lady who took our order was atleast friendly. Fries were hot, burgers were cold. Used the bathroom and they had zero toilet paper, but had a stack of dining napkins. Management either needs support or replacement.

I just went through the drive thru, and she wouldn’t take my order because they had too many online orders they were handling. So apparently they can’t handle any other orders. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder so may locations are going under. Completely unprofessional.

I’ve been going here for breakfast using the drive-thru. Staff has been friendly, and food is hot. Yay! Price is too high though. The little sausage croissant is way too pricey/expensive!

Went through the drive thru at about 10pm and they close at 3am. I tried to order but they said that they were only serving online orders. I tried to ask questions on how to order but they told me to leave and said they were closed for store cleaning. I wasn’t expecting a lot but this really is disappointing, even for fast food.

I don’t think I ever been to a jack in the box were I have to throw away my food because of how bad it was . Got the spicy chicken sandwich tasted like plastic you couldn’t bite into the chicken the fries were mixed with old fries then new fries they had zero bacon or cheese for the burger according to the worker and no soda at all honestly really bummed
