Staff was friendly and helpful. Forgot 1 item in my order. Need to change out the grease, fried foods had a very burnt taste. Not good. Hours are horrible. People want Jack in the box generally late night. Miss the 24 hour spot. I understand it’s a smaller town, but people get the munchies and there is nothing else. Anyway, not the best, but ok for fast food.

I would never recommend this place. The wait was over 35 minutes, and many other customers were in the same situation. They should close this place if they don’t have enough staff or hire trained personnel for fast food preparation. Having stopped to get gasoline for the car, we also needed to get something for our stomachs, something to drink, and. Of course, to go to the bathroom. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat, so I let my daughter order for me. I went Austin bathroom color and when I came out, I found out that she had ordered me some loaded fries–steak variety. This was a relatively new item on the menu, so I was a bit surprised. I looked at it and I saw a bucket of fries covered with cheese and avocado.
The fries were very cheesy. The top had plenty of avocado on top of them also, there was a fair amount of steak as well. I thought, it looks like a delicious mess. After eating the drowning French fries, I was very happy, happy because my stomach was full and my taste buds were smiling. All kidding aside, I did enjoy their fries.
The bathrooms at Jack’s, were clean. See photos below. The bathrooms were well stocked, and everything looked freshly cleaned.There is a handicap stall in the restroom, as well as handicap parking outside. Likewise, in the dining area, everything looked clean and the tables looked presentable. The décor is modern and appropriate. The toilet facilities mentioned above, were clean, but also have access for mothers to change diapers.

I rate things based on what they are. Jack in the Box is good, for fast food. The burgers and breakfast sandwiches just feel and taste higher quality than many other fast food places

Best slop burgers in town hopefully my wife and I don’t get sick.. ordered 2 meals bonus jack double super soft burger both had top buns no bottom buns burgers were cold worse experience ever didn’t even want to finish food but we had insanely long drive and needed to eat

I would say that somebody Jack in the Box is doing the right thing and turning business around. They used to be so popular with me and then they gradually went into Decline and I just really started to lose interest in the quality of food and the employees weren’t that great and they just turned into sort of another average place to get fast food and heartburn. But I think they’re really treating it around now I’ve noticed people are a lot nicer that work there the food is fresher and my favorite thing is the jalapeno poppers you can’t get him anywhere else as good as you can get jalapeno poppers and Jack in the box. And the one in Bonnie Lake they’re so cool that they had a mistake order there and they gave me a treat and they didn’t have to do that and I was doing deliveries for doordash at the time so that goes a million miles with me when they’re so thoughtful and kind and generous to make a mistake into a good will gesture. So I only given four stars for now cuz they have room to grow but I imagine they’re going to get five for me here soon.

I ordered three quad jack sandwiches and one fish sandwich. The cashier was so inattentive that she gave me three tripples and I didn’t noticed until after one of my kids ate one of the sandwiches and said it was a double. This was my first time at this location and it will be the last time I order food at any Jack in the Box establishment. I have been experiencing this issue at multiple franchise and believe there is a lack of training and leadership. The crew at this location is unprofessional and immature, lots of giggling and does not take customers concerns seriously.

Went early in the morning and ordered a burger from the lunch menu. The young man at the drive thru was very nice and attentive. Order was correct and it looked clean inside. I don’t get the hate some people have for this place. Good experience for me, this is the second 3rd time I’ve been to this location and it was good all 3 times.

The guy in back ate a fry and said nope not good and still served them to me. That’s after waiting 30mins to get my meal. I don’t rate fast food often because the bar is pretty low. But after Jack reached out and asked why it was so low I had to say something.
