Food was fast. We were in a pinch trying to get home after a long day and the staff here were so awesome. I went in to pick up our mobile order and was greeted right away. They got my food ready super quick. I had only waited about 10 mins, but for even that little of a wait they upgraded some of our meals. The staff chatted with me a bunch while working the back and drive thru and understood my rush with all the kids. Food was great, minus one son’s burger was dry. Almost maybe over cooked or warmed up. However they make em. But he still ate it. I definitely recommend. The food is yummy, especially those tiny tacos and avocado lime sauce. So so sooo good!!!! Wish they would bring back the barria tiny tacos.

Happy 75th Jack in the box!! Food is expensive but I still love your food!! Thank God for your tacos feeds my family! First paying job and I miss the super scoop fries it was like a pound!! Two guys handled all those tacos tonight!! Made my night!!

This Jack in the box is one of the older ones in a run down area and it shows, very small also, but the people were good and food was standard.

Probably one of if not the worst Jack in the Box ive been to. First off, the prices are NUTS (see pictures), second off it took 10 minuted for some tacos ordered on the mobile app, and to top it off you guessed it… code-locked bathrooms. Which are made even worse when the service is inattentive so you have to shout your request, as a full grown adult, to use the potty like youre in elementary school. Finally, the tacos in question were really sloppy put together.

You will get fresh food but you have to wait for a very long time. An employee who works there came in to order food and she jumped in and to help get the orders through but she didn’t wash her hands, or anything like that. I was thankful she didn’t touch my food, otherwise I would have demanded a refund.

They give me a side of onion rings, a small curly fry and a small drink? for $20? and you not even gonna give me my chicken strips? 🙁
Then they sent me to voicemail when I called to see if I could request a refund.
Probably better off buying frozen food from safeway than ordering from this location. You’d get more bang for your buck too.

the service was horrible from start to finish. as i tried to order she kept cutting me off to funish and i kept telling her to wait. at one point she started yelling at the guy behind her. so i get ti the window more attitude and sassy. drinks wrong!!! food burnt!!!! never like give my receipt when i asked like twice. finially asked again and she said im using it to check your order but yet it was on the right side of the window and my food on the left checking nothing! I’ve had junk service before there but who don’t have a bad day but today was non stop start to finish.
