The young manager lady was like a happy machine. She was all over the window and front counter. Secondly, a young guy working in concert with her on the front counter and drive through window was a model of efficiency and communications with us and follow on customers.
really take their time to get you the best hot fries and the best jumbo Jack ever me and my daughter will love their eggrolls and curly fries.
Also one time the buns used on their breakfast jack were nearly rock hard.

I pulled up to the window and sat there for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Worker asked if I’d been helped. Umm, no.
He tried to give me someone else’s drink. Then wandered off and came back 5 minutes later asking me if I’d been helped.
Then another guy came to the window a few minutes later asking if I’d been helped. NO. Jeez, annoying.
Finally got my food about 20 minutes after entering the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I opened up the food a few minutes later (after parking), it was ICE cold. I didn’t even get the correct food. They gave me 4 mozzarella sticks, 1 of which was exploded — but somehow cold to the touch…and about 8 curly fries. If that.
I wasn’t in the mood to return to the drive-thru and wait another 20 minutes for one of the workers (who I think was higher than a kite) to mess it up again, so I went online and requested a refund.
Looking at the last review for this restaurant, it appears I’m not the only one with a poor experience tonight.
I am glad I wasn’t treating anyone else to dinner tonight or I’d be embarrassed.
To Jack in the Box that responded to my review — if you read my review you would know that I already went online and requested a refund….my request which has not even been acknowledged for a week now. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with my credit card.
I love Jack in the Box. LONG time customer from day 1 of this restaurant. But my experience was so poor — and I’m being ignored by customer service. Bad business at best.
