Today I decided to go through drive thru. When I pulled up to order, I was greeted quickly through the intercom. I ordered the loaded tiny tacos without lettuce. Leaving all the goodness of cheese drizzled over tacos with the hot sauce. As I drove up to the pay point, I was greeted again but this time a person behind the voice. Deb was very helpful and smiled with great communication overall. It was a hot afternoon, so I asked for a cup of ice water. Here she was so nice and filled a cup with ice water and handed it to me. My order was quickly made hot and ready with napkins and a fork. My experience going through this Jack in the Box was amazing! I am thankful and enjoyed pulling up to(Deb) a good employee with great customer service. Thank you.

Ordered onion rings as a side in a $15 meal and got 3 onion rings the wrong sandwich large sprite that I as only 3/4 full and ordered to bacon cheddar biscuits and got 2 sausage ones. I didn’t think fast food was that hard but these guys can’t even fill a cup or get the right sandwiches in the bag after confirming my order 3 times. Problem never going back.

Generally speaking, the food tastes like the same Jack in the Box you’d get elsewhere and is of a comparable quality as other locations. The folks at the drive thru speakers and windows are generally quick and efficient as well. Only thing to watch h out for here are long lines for the drive thru (and being in an odd parking lot location — long lines with people lining up near the restaurant and out behind the restaurant as well) and the actual cooking taking a while. I can’t recall if JitB is a ‘cook to order’ type fast food place or not, but the food is typically hot and pretty fresh when it comes to me, with minimal to no errors.

Get a breakfast Jack, they are pretty much the best fast food breakfast sandwich. But didn’t they used to be a dollar? What happened? At least Costco still has the hotdog and drink for a dollar fifty. What a deal! I think I’m going to go there now and get one.

EDIT from 5 to 1 star. 12:51 am. We’re sitting here 6 cars deep in the drive-through and haven’t moved in about 20+ minutes. Several of us have turned our vehicles off because we are wasting gas just idling here. I have never had this much of an issue. I just wanted some curly fries, man. Not to sit here forever. Could’ve been home by now.
