The best burger I’ve had in years. I normally opt for other chains due to food quality, but this location has me questioning that decision. The vegetables were crisp and fresh, beef was moist and perfect. Bun was fresh and fluffy. Color.me impressed. If you’re hungry definately stop here!

The young manager lady was like a happy machine. She was all over the window and front counter. Secondly, a young guy working in concert with her on the front counter and drive through window was a model of efficiency and communications with us and follow on customers.

Clean restroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. I noticed they had a big beautiful kitchen area with plenty of space for workers to move about and not run into each other. The kitchen and dining area were clean and well maintained. The parking lot was spacious with lots of parking and a couple different entry points for easy access from the street. It was well planned for being right on a major stste highway.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Where to start? No one at front counter. No signs directing you to use the order screen. Staff completely ignores you. The poor guy in front of me waited 10min for someone to acknowledge his existence and help. The order screen they force you to use is confusing and slow, and pushes you to buy the “deals” which are not deals at $16 a pop. They make it very hard for you just order a burger and nothing else…not everyone wants the empty calories of fries and soda. There appeared to be only 2 or 3 people working in the back and they were all stressed. They flat out refused to help with placing an order and told me to ise the screem which took me a lot longer than just telling someone what i wanted. Food quality equally bad. The Sourdough Jack I ordered was just soggy bread & meat & ketchup even though it was supposed to come with the works. The chicken nuggets were greasy and old tasting. Had better chicken from the deli of the local grocery store.

Might be the worst fast food meal I’ve ever encountered. I certainly don’t expect the food to look like the marketing photos you see, but this was the most stale, cold slop I’ve ever seen. Literally inedible. Food looked discolored, lettuce and pickles looked like they’d gone bad, everything cold and seemingly stale or old. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer Service. The girl taking my order was RUDE. I had to repeat my first meal that i was ordering 3 times. And when i began to get irritated she gave me a very rude tone. I ordered a 2nd meal and asked for ranch and she diddnt even ask if i wanted anything else. She simple said my total and shut off the microphone. The way she said my total, and the way she diddnt ask if i wanted anything else was insanely upsetting. I was going to order 2 chocolate cakes for me and my mom but i diddnt get asked if i wanted anything else. Dont go here. I am disappointed that people have the lack of respect for costumers now a days.

POOR management. It’s 7pm and there is NO MANAGEMENT in house of available via phone. Had to leave WITHOUT FOOD because the 2 poor employees haven’t been taught how to run a Jack In The Box gift card.

They constantly burn breakfast sandwiches (sourdough ones). overcooked.
Also one time the buns used on their breakfast jack were nearly rock hard.

I ordered on the app about 5 minutes before I pulled in the drive-thru. Simple order with a popcorn chicken, french fries, and a drink.

I pulled up to the window and sat there for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Worker asked if I’d been helped. Umm, no.

He tried to give me someone else’s drink. Then wandered off and came back 5 minutes later asking me if I’d been helped.

Then another guy came to the window a few minutes later asking if I’d been helped. NO. Jeez, annoying.

Finally got my food about 20 minutes after entering the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I opened up the food a few minutes later (after parking), it was ICE cold. I didn’t even get the correct food. They gave me 4 mozzarella sticks, 1 of which was exploded — but somehow cold to the touch…and about 8 curly fries. If that.

I wasn’t in the mood to return to the drive-thru and wait another 20 minutes for one of the workers (who I think was higher than a kite) to mess it up again, so I went online and requested a refund.

Looking at the last review for this restaurant, it appears I’m not the only one with a poor experience tonight.

I am glad I wasn’t treating anyone else to dinner tonight or I’d be embarrassed.

To Jack in the Box that responded to my review — if you read my review you would know that I already went online and requested a refund….my request which has not even been acknowledged for a week now. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with my credit card.

I love Jack in the Box. LONG time customer from day 1 of this restaurant. But my experience was so poor — and I’m being ignored by customer service. Bad business at best.
