I’ve tried giving these guys the benefit of the doubt time and time again and each time they treat me like garbage and park me for the smallest items. I’m tired of being parked for 10+ minutes for 2 jr. jumbo jacks. I’ve watched them slam my food down on the table and put it in my bag, they’ve forgotten multiple food orders of mine when I never order more than a couple items. I work late and this is one of the only options for me. I go home most times with a bag of smashed up burgers.

Wait 15mn for their fast food to get this nasty gross looking french fries. The employees refused to do anything with it initially and did not apologize for their mistake. This place makes me not go to any Jack in Box any more. I just like to ask them if they would feed their children with these ? Note: It looks even much worse than in picture.

I typically do not leave reviews unless they’re positive but, I have to say I’m completely and utterly shocked how understaffed this Jack in the box has been the last six times in the past 3 weeks I’ve been there……. That’s it… It got so bad one time two weeks ago a gentleman got out of his truck and was yelling at the person taking the order and I actually got out of my vehicle to let him know that there’s only two people working. It’s really not the employees fault it’s the ownership that needs to step in and either be there physically to make sure that customers are taken care of or sell the restaurant….

Do not go from 1-6 am, very bad service during those times. Food was stale and burnt and took 20 minutes even though I was the only customer there. During the day it is better, but whoever works the night shift needs to up their game.

This location is by far the slowest of any I’ve have visited. Rarely see the same employees twice. Must be a management issue? The food is sometimes hot but the only time to get fresh fries if if you order during breakfast. Dissapointing.

We had been waiting in line for about 30 minutes so I went inside to ask what was going on and there was only one person cooking and one person at the window and they were doing the best they could but come to find out the manger was suppose to come in and help them but never showed up to help ! So much for being a manger ! No matter if it’s a fast food place or a gas station as a manger you should be holding the team together and respecting your coworkers and your job title ! Shame on your selfishness

This is 100% the worst place to go in Lake Stevens regarding fast food. I have had them mess up quite a few orders, they take way too long and the older lady at the window is a bi***. She is short and wears glasses. She has absolutely no good customer service qualities. This place has absolutely no way to compete against other near by fast food restaurants based off their speed and staff. Will not be returning. I am surprised they are still open after so long. I want the old Dairy Queen back.
