I came here to treat myself because I don’t eat fast food often. At first no issues. They took my coupons and I got my food a a cheap price. Issues started after that however. The tacos were borderline stale with barely any meat. The burger was a bit burnted and tasted wrong. The chicken tasted okay but the texture was almost like playdough. Only thing even worth eating was the fries. The main issue however comes from the staff. Extremely rude and dismissive. Refused to remake a burger simply because I took a bite. Refused to do anything to help me. Spoke to the district manager only to have the same dismissive and pointed attitude. No help and now I have garbage for food instead of a nice treat for myself.

Just came here with my wife and son. Went through the drive thru. Order taker was patient and nice. Her name was Olandra. Not sure if I spelled that correctly but that is how it sounded.
I got two chicken sandwiches, they were both crispy and not too much sauce. Sometimes fast food places really over do it with the sauce.
I ate in the parking lot but had to go inside to use the restroom. It was locked but Olandra opened it for me. Very clean and no graffiti on the mirror.
Fries were fresh. This Jbox has some bad reviews but my visit was great. Maybe they are trying to improve? I’ll be coming back.
Update 11/28/24 Visit:
Olandra did it again! She provided excellent customer service and great tasting Jack Wraps! Just went there for lunch today. Said hi. She didn’t remember me until I mentioned the review. But she smiled when I mentioned it. I feel bad that she has to work on Thanksgiving day. But despite her having to work on a holiday, she still provided excellent customer service! Oh and one more thing, I got a cup of water with my meal, and they didn’t charge me for it. Whereas Sonic tried to charge me .39 cents for a cup of water with my meal. I understand the small charge for a cup of water if you are not buying anything. That pay wall keeps people from taking advantage. But charging a paying customer for a cup of water? Shame on Sonic.

so my main issues with the app I tried to order an online special and pay at the restaurant at first lady said okay then when I got to the wipndow she said no and closed the window. i had to waive her down a couple of times to get her attention when she finally came back I told her I would buy it from online but I accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant. to make a long story short I had to drive an extra 15 miles took l an extra half hour of my time just to eat cold food. Would not recommend .

I live on casino road and I love jack in the box every once in a while. But every single time I come here they take absolutely forever. 3 car line takes easily 15-20 minutes sometimes even 30. Id rather drive the extra 4-5 miles down the road on evergreen to hit up the one next to qfc. Cuts off easliy 10 minutes. I work late so this is the only one open near me after 12. And it’s a bummer they never seem to be efficient and speedy. Granted it is a fast food joint. This is just out right pathetic even with those standards.

Items were left out of my order, multiple times. I finally sought revision for the error just to experience an extremely rude supervisor (pictured) and an unprofessional manager by the name of Victor Lopez. I consider myself an extremely tolerant person. This experience has pushed me to report this location to the franchise.

Cassandra (apologize if the spelling of her name is incorrect) at the casino road and evergreen Way location, just totally helped me out. What a sweetheart.
I’m holding a very important driver meeting at 3:00 a.m. tomorrow morning for my 12 drivers. Wanted to have food for them and those that are coming in for the meeting on their day off. Cassandra set me up by letting the cook know the details of my order in advance. I will be there between 2 and 2:30 a.m. 2:45 at the latest, to pick up my order.
The part that got me the most is when Cassandra said “well you don’t want to be late for that meeting nor disappoint the drivers”.
Again what a sweetheart!!
Good job on that hire, Jack in the box!!
And thank you for being 24 hours.
You will now always be my go-to for my driver meetings.

I was refused service after returning with correct payment, after I came to the window and presented my $50 bill which I was told was not accepted. I was polite, respectful and patient. There was no justifiable cause to be refused service. I did not order much, I offered to take the food that was previously prepared and was still denied service.
