We had a charger vehicle so we had to walk to get some quick food. It took us a while to finally get our food and there was no line..
So Customer Service could be better as many people they had working.

To be honest I haven’t ate Jack in the crack in a while. I’ve recently started going back though, The last couple times I’ve gone back I’ve been to this place and let me tell you, it’s hit my nostalgic core hard. Three egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce, a medium curly fry, and a couple tacos, brought me back to my high school years. Wild that is still tastes the same as it did after all these years. Always comes out piping hot as well too. I’m gonna start going back to Jack in tha crack . I cannot believe I even stopped coming to eat here, don’t know what that dysfunction was but I’m correcting it! Those taco’s hit different too, probably the deep fried aspect of it. I’m back and I’m hooked.

Waited to place my order inside. There was a line. No person working the counter.
Oncey order was in at minute 16 an employee asked me what order was mine?
So I told him. Ordered at 3:26. Had my order in hand by 3:45. So it was about a half hour I was inside the lobby waiting. To me that’s not fast food. The floor was also sticky. One of your employees was nice but seemed an experience. And the experienced person seems like they were working the drive-thru. Can you pretty please just kind of work on that? And make sure that the people who are inside still get good customer service? And also the people who were in line in front of me about six of them got their orders out of order. Just seemed a little chaotic and like things were taking a little too long.

I consistently go to this Jack in the Box for my lunch at work since it’s the only cheap option near my work. Every single time I visit my location it’s a minimum 20 minute wait for my $9 order. Because of this, I regularly have to decide whether I want to waste my entire lunch break on getting food, or straight up going hungry. It’s disappointing considering the fact that my food isn’t even fresh when I receive it. Today, I went inside to pick up a mobile order hoping it would speed up the process. I ended up being told that they just got the order (despite it saying they’ve had it for 10 minutes on their screen) and to wait. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my food, only getting it when another employee asked me if I needed help. I was surprised to see that I was told to wait, considering the fact that my order had been sitting there, ready for me to grab the whole time I was standing there. I’m honestly considering not visiting this location anymore, I’m tired of cold food I have to wait nearly half an hour for.

TERRIBLE SERVICE messed up my order twice I ordered 2 jumbo jacks and one sourdough grilled chicken sandwich but the guy there gave me 2 sourdough grilled chicken sandwichs we came back to get the correct order but ended up CHARGING me 7.68 more for that order. The guy told me for that mistake he gave me the 2 jumbo jacks for free and fries plus drink there was no fries and they scammed my 20.00 dollars the sourdough grilled chicken they supposedly fixed they put meat not chicken and not even a piece of lettuce.

Jack in the Box has lost the plot.
Last week I went to get a Breakfast platter a little after 5:30am and they did not include any French Toast sticks or mini Pancakes. A few days ago I went there around 5:40am and they were completely closed.

It’s still the same Jack In the Box. I haven’t been inside of this location in a while but it looks to be the same as it was in 2006.

Overall, Jack In the Box has become extremely unreliable for breakfast and they have not recovered from the pandemic. Half the time it looks like they’re closed at 5:30am.

A few years ago I went to the Broadway location in Everett at around 5:30am in the morning and they wouldn’t serve me because they said the crew had not taken a break in 4 hours. They said I could wait 20 more miniutes and they would take my order. When I began to pull out, two more Construction company branded Pick-up trucks pulled into the drive-through. I’m sure they must have had fun explaining their smoke-break situation to a couple Construction Superintendents.

Oh and the whole, pull around to the side of the building thing is super annoying, and it invites being forgotten about. Look, I get it if there are a lot of cars behind me, but not when I am the only person waiting. Customers don’t need to suffer to suit one of your BS metrics. Either find a way to make wait times faster, or quit. It was legit easier and quicker to get fast food during the 1980’s than what it is today. What went wrong?
