For how gross the food is becoming and how horrible their services is, I don’t know how they think they can charge as much as they do. Literally every single fast food restaurant is cheaper. I will never eat a Jack in the box again. If the food was gourmet maybe but it’s not. It’s fast food and it’s very overcooked and greasy. The people there are just trying to move you through their very quick and rude and can’t even understand your order. I got four things and it was $20. Three of those things were off the value menu. Just to kind of paint the picture for you. Good luck Jack in the box. I see you going out of business.

The soda dispenser didn’t have any ice, the button to dispense the soda was so sticky that you had to keep hitting it to make it start and stop, the soda tasted watery like there was no syrup or acid in it,you have to ask for sauce that suppose to come with your meal you order, when you first enter the Jack in the box the atmosphere looks like it’s closed and empty, it looks as though they are closed and are only taking drive through orders, and it’s like they are not really wanting to be there anyway. Food was good, but atmosphere and service needs work as well as the front end area where you get your straws soda, cups and napkins.

Unprofessional on the phone told me they didn’t know how to fix an issue. The manager wasn’t in the store to help with the situation. Couldn’t even get a refund. No food, either. the company doesn’t even have a customer support number. It just tells you to speak with the manager of the store. How useless, especially when said manager isn’t even managing the store to begin with.

One of the reasons I like going to Jack on the box is to taste the combination of their ranch and fries but when asked for ranch the cashier guy with a bruise on his right cheek said they run out of it even tho the lady who made the burger was pointing down the register… very disappointing with attendance type of people.

The employees ignored me at the drive thru window when I asked to get everything I paid for. Im allergic to red meats and some other foods and this was the third strike. I paid for a meal that wasn’t what I ordered and I can’t even eat most of it. I won’t be back and I am officially waiting for this store to go out of business
