I go here every so often for breakfast after a long nightshift and normally everything tastes fine and the service is okay. Just your basic fast food experience; however, the last 2 times I have gone the foods taste like chemicals. Like a very bitter unnatural taste. I’m not sure if they are just not cycling there frying oil properly or maybe cleaning next to the food while it’s cooking? I unfortunately will not be going back due to safety precautions.

They gave me a plain hamburger when I payed for a bacon cheeseburger then refused to refund me even tho I was in a hurry, they said they’d only make me another one then asked me to pull around several time while there were zero people behind me in the drive thru. I waited at the window until I saw it come out and by the time I left, there was still nobody behind me. They also asked for the plain hamburger back which isn’t sanitary seeing as how I took one bite before I realized.

There was no line inside or in drive-through and they would not let us order several sides of sausage and eggs. My grandson cannot have bread or potatoes for health reasons! We drove to the Jack in Box down the street and they were happy to oblige—-thank goodness!

This was my first time having Jack in the Box and my friends too. Just gotta say there were two people working when we came by at 11 and give them a round of applause because they did great. We were in no rush of waiting but they definitely could use the help. Overall I had a good time.

I told them I was going to order through the app. Ordered, waited to be called like the app says. Went up and asked about my order, and they looked around and found it. It had been over 20mins so I asked for fresh food not old hidden food, they declined and called the cops and had me trespassed because I kept asking how old is the food you are giving me. They pretended not to speak English, until cops are there, then they interrupt and lie easily in English all of the sudden. Yet, still did NOT get my food! Such a horrible experience here

I received a cold, barely cooked Sourdough Jack. They couldn’t get anyone’s order right, and it wasn’t very busy. Definitely not the A team today. I ended up tossing out the undercooked burger, and I’ll avoid this Jack in the Box in the future.

They forgot to add sauce on all of our cheddar and cheese it wasn’t just one they missed the missed all 8 of them. How do you miss putting sauce on all 8. If nothing else they where constant at messing up. Other wise the place was clean and the people where friendly. If not for messing up our order would have been awesome
