Waited 45 minutes in line. Woman took my card and then said my order was $25 and change. Told her no, my order was $14 and change and it was only three things. She sticks the card in the slot and charged me anyway. Then went, oh, my bad! And after another ten or so minutes of trying to get her on topic (she was very distracted) she told me she couldn’t process and refund, and all she could do was give me my correct receipt and the receipt showing what I paid for. She then gave me my correct order, which again, almost eleven dollars less than what I was charged for. Told me to come back in the morning. I live an hour away. Receipt on the left is what I ordered, receipt on the right what she charged me for. Apparently the guy in front of me paid for my order. What the heck?

Employees lie about availability of items when ordering. They told me I couldn’t order tacos because they were still needed to “thaw out”. Aren’t they just placed in the deep fryer frozen?

Super rude at the drive though. Cut me off three times when I was just trying to order two items. When I asked if they got the second item they said no then cut me off again when I tried to order it. Then they asked me to pull around to the front of the building when I was the only date in the drive through. Very weird.

Service and food quality is what you’d expect from a jack in the box at 1 am. The biggest issue I had with this location is the . 75 per sauce even if you’re getting something like chicken strips.

I loved the customer service! I just wasn’t happy with the food and it’s my 3rd time trying them. Mabey I’m just too picky but the fries are always cold and the burgers are too messy for me..

Really two of the worst tacos I have ever had. It looked like brown oil dripping out of it. The shell was very dark, and it was cold in the middle. I used to love their tacos, but the last couple of years they have been just barely edible (at different locations as well).

My family loves Jack in the Box, but this location has always had poor service. The day shift crew is okay, but the night shift staff are always rude and never fill up the drinks and fry cartons all the way. Also if you go past midnight they can only give you deep fried food, no sandwiches.
