You know what you are getting with Jack in the Box. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant but it is one of the best fast food places on the west coast. The good is consistent and tasty and inexpensive. The menu is expansive and caters to all sorts of cravings at any time of day or night. I always go when I visit the West Coast

My order was completely messed up, and it seemed like the staff struggled to understand my requests, which led to further confusion. The service felt disorganized, and it took far too long to address the issue. Unfortunately, this made the experience very disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and order accuracy. I won’t be returning unless I hear about significant changes. Hire competent employees

The employee at the drive thru windows wasn’t helpful and courteous. I ordered the 3 waffle stick, they were dark brown…I asked if they could give me lighter one and suggested they change their oil after she advised me they were cooked the required timeframe. I asked her to redo the waffles or return my money, she asked us to pull forward. We wait 6 minutes before an employee finally came out with the order. Needless to say I hadn’t been to Jack in Box in forever and because of the poor service I received I want be back ever again.

We ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals. Chicken was crisp and spice is on the mild side. They upsold us on cheese (dosen’t come with it) and the two big slices of tomato made it too liquidy for eating in car. Fries were hot and crispy. The soda was okay, but they need to adjust the carbonation. Over all, for only $10 a meal not bad drive thru food.
