They’re super slow. I got a crispy chicken Sandwich. and it wasn’t Krispy. and I didn’t have to drive but 5 minutes to eat it. so I was very disappointed. I’ve enjoyed your chicken Sandwich for a long time but I don’t know if I can buy another one. Oh and the last one I got. was just doused with mayo on half of this chicken Sandwich and not the other half.

Done with this place! Used to be good food and service. Last 3 times they can’t get my order correct if their life depended on it. I should not need to repeat my order 2 plus times to the person working the drive thru. Come on it isn’t that hard.

There are some items on their menu that are just GOOD!!! I could eat their sausage, egg, and cheese “burger” daily. To me, it’s the next best thing to a Krystal sunriser. Their chicken pita is fresh, yummy, and almost healthy. Their teriyaki sauce is better than anything you can buy at the store. My kid loves their churros. I don’t like their hamburgers. But that’s just my opinion.

Used a 2 for $6 coupon to get two jumbo Jacks. I already knew these burgers would be delicious as I have bought many in my lifetime but the meat was hot off the grill instead of being pre-cooked and stored in a hot bin as usually happens in fast food restaurants. Perhaps I was lucky this time to get meat right off the grill but I look forward to seeing if I get it again at this store.

They need to hire workers who can speak and understand English. The woman couldn’t understand me when I asked how spicy the chicken sandwich was. I also asked for extra mayonnaise, which wasn’t there and when I asked the guy at the counter to get me some, he couldn’t understand the word mayonnaise and gave me napkins instead.

Be great if they had consistent hours. Says open til 2 but SO many times I’ve come thru and they’re closed at 11 or 12. Mighty confusing and annoying. At least update the actual hours of operation online

I can’t comprehend how this happened my burger had NO cheese, my loaded fired literally only had the white cheese sauce HOW! And no fork was given to use to eat my fries. Didn’t get any hot sauce or ketchup that I requested after they asked what type I wanted when I ordered (I’m used to service being wacky at most jack in the boxes but today topped them all) && it wasn’t even busy so this is why I’m writing this.

This is so frustrating! This happens all the time and I’m over it. It’s 11:30 pm Thurs night. I check online first and it says they’re open. I drive all the way over there. The lights are on, the drive thru speaker menu board is all lit up, but there are zero cars in the parking lot and no one in sight in the restaurant. I took this photo of the hours posted on the drive thru window which clearly shows OPEN 24 hours on Thurs. So…..I drive back home empty handed. This has happened numerous times here.
