UPDATE : I loaded Jack in the box app on my phone and thought I’d order the food before I got there. Well it didn’t work out. The app wouldn’t work correctly . So I went inside and ended up even after the guy helping me. I had to pay for it there at the counter and it was $5.38 more to paint the counter than on the app was very dissatisfied !!!

Hamburger meat was overcooked and I burped it up for hours after. The flavor was good but the texture was a bit like beef jerky. I had the buttery bacon double cheeseburger. $13 for just the burger.

Walked in to order, nobody else inside. Employee looked at me and walked to the back and then I saw nobody for a few minutes until they went to the drive thru window to take an order while the other 3 employees sat in the back to chit chat. Another came to the front and just looked at me. ZERO help from anyone. Ended up leaving without even so much as a greeting. Incompetence and laziness is the reason these places are closing.
