This may be my 4th or 5th time at this jack in the box. Let me say, this jack in the box is absolutely abysmal. I have never had a worse experience consistently at any place I’ve ever been to. The two women that work their stand around talking while on their phones while the poor man in the kitchen did 99% of the work. Meanwhile the lobby is completely empty(aside from myself), as well as the drive through. The tables are dirty, the counters are dirty. They had no food pre-made it seemed like considering they had to drop new fries in the fryer and it took over 5 minutes to make 1 munchie meal. And this is a recurring theme with this place, my average wait time at this drive through is approximately 10 minutes. I do not reccomend eating here whatsoever. I was hopeful my experience would improve but time and time again I’m reminded that the lack of work ethic has plummeted this jack in the box to the ground. I could go on but I think this gets the point across.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this Jack in the Box location. I ordered some food for my friend and I, and the quality was the best I’ve seen from other local locations. The croissant on the breakfast sandwich was nice and flaky, and the French toast sticks were crispy and delightful. Their customer service was also kind. Definitely recommend!

Convenient off of Sunset Blvd. It was a quick stop. The floor is very slippery so be extra careful. A guy saying hello to everyone inside and everybody walking outside. Food was as usual but did the size of burger shrink?

Had I not watched the staff make my food, I never would’ve accepted a replacement meal. This store however, has served me moldy SALADS. I’ve seen rats outside the building (which means they can get in the back door when it’s left open to take out the trash). I reached out to corporate and “JACK” himself (on Twitter) but both have ghosted me. It took me going into the store with those photos to get a replacement meal. I will never eat there again and I advise you to check your food before pulling away from the store. You can always go back through the line but you probably won’t wanna drive 5 miles back for the burger that has cheese and onion when you specified NEITHER can be on the burger. Be careful my friends.

This place has been one of my all-time favorites of all time because they’re everywhere… I really miss the chicken supreme sandwich they used to have… And the tacos and the mini tacos and the monster tacos have all been a quick fix… Keep the party going at j-box…

Trapped in line waiting for the stupid drive thru people to fill an order. It’s been 15 mins. The person that took my order was extremely rude without so much as a hi. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered here but I did anyway because I wanted ice cream. Now I can’t get out.

This was a late night stop after not finding much else in town. I really enjoyed the birria tacos. The server was kind enough to offer me ranch dressing despite me forgetting to ask during the order. If I was in the area again, I’d definitely come back.

They aren’t aware of simple things like drink sizes or app deals. Also this location doesn’t honor most app offers, is always out of drinks,sauces or even just basic menu items. Seems to be managed terribly. Your better off making the 5 to 7 min trip to 4th St…..They seem to have it together a bit more
