Terrible customer service and cleanliness. There was no one at the counter to take my order for almost 10 minutes. The soda machine was out of almost every flavor and was filthy. Customers left without their food after waiting so long in the parking lot. This store needs an upgrade in management.

They are the slowest fast food ever and are always out of menue items. Makes no sense. I can’t help but think this place could do with a staffing change. Management??? It could be run so much more efficiently. They should be way faster and much more helpful. I have heard it all there. I couldn’t get something do to the time, frozen and needed thawed, out of products, you name it. Management orders? Right? So how can they be consistently out of regularly ordered menu items? There used to be a time frame that you had to have items to your customer by and im sure its never been 15 min in the drive thru! Everybody thinks fast food workers need more and more money but we keep getting less and less work out of them????

Went to get the new Monster Munchie Meal. Was given my boxes, but didn’t realize til I was almost home that I wasn’t given my drinks. I called and asked if I could come back and grab my drinks with the Monster cups (Mind you, I spent $26 for something that if I ordered outside of the meal would only cost about $20ish) and was told I could! Drove back only to be told they sold out of them 2 days prior. I asked for some kind of reimbursement as it was what i paid for and got told “well they’re free so” like i didn’t just pay more for what I got just to get the cups. It’s not cheap and they don’t even give you what you pay for. Ridiculous.

Being from the East Coast, we don’t have Jack in the Box and couldn’t wait to try it! The breaded chicken sandwiches were thick and juicy with a satisfying crispy crunch. Egg roll was meh. Excellent service too!

I saw the viral monster mozzarella stick on TikTok and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. I live an hour and a half out of town, so when I ended up in Klamath today, I was determined to try it. It was 5:30 PM on a Sunday—four cars in the drive-thru and only two customers inside—so I figured it would be quick. I didn’t want to drive home in the dark because of the deer.
I got in line and waited 30 minutes just to order, and then another 40 minutes to actually get my food. And even if I’d wanted to leave, I couldn’t—the drive-thru layout makes it impossible to exit once you’re in if there is someone behind you. I finally tried the mozzarella stick. It was hot when I got it but I had to ask for ranch twice (didn’t come with marinara). Definitely not worth waiting over an hour and having to drive in the dark. Especially considering there seemed to be at least five employees working. Completely unacceptable.

This is like the third time we have tried to get a chicken pita and they can’t ever get it right. We got home and saw this, the owner needs to care more about his customers and quality of the food. Also, the employees are rude and openly talk crap about the customers while in the restaurant. If you feel like being frustrated, wait forever for your order, and eat poor quality food while the crew is talking crap about you, this is your place. Owner, don’t tell me to visit a website and waste more of my time, I really deserve a refund. Our name is out here to be seen by everyone, why don’t you ever give your name? Too embarrassed?

They did not have what I wanted, the whole item, I’m not complaining about not enough mayo or something simple and silly. They were very rude when I asked for my unavailable item, as if they had told me many times before now that I was asking for a Unicorn not a taco. I left without any of the food I had already ordered.

I waited almost 50 minutes for my order at Jack in the Box. Nobody said anything or apologized. Only after I went up and asked did they finally start making it. Totally unacceptable service — the staff didn’t seem to care at all.

First time food was good. 2nd time I orders 12 tacos, confirmed the order showed (6) order of 2 tacos. I confirmed at the window it was 12 and they said yes. My bad for not looking before I left. I travel here for work for just the day and drive back. My town no longer has a Jack n the box so I always stop. 3rd time I got the correct amount but they were so greasy it soaked through the bag and made them get soggy fast. Now here for the 4th time and have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minute now. There was 1 car at the window, 1 truck behind them, a big gap, a van at the order box, 2 cars, and then me. The first 8 minutes no one was home taking orders at the speaker box so we all just turned off our cars. It could have been a longer wait for the van at the box because they were already parked when I got in line. Hardly any cars in line but yet not moving. The vehicle in front of me had is wife get out of the vehicle and walk in, order, and come back out with food already. Wish this wasn’t the only one. By the end of this it’s been 25 minute and I haven’t even made it to the speaker box to order but there’s only 3 cars ahead of me, hardly busy at all. The lobby is not busy either. *edit to add I have now made it to the speaker box, was asked to wait, have been sitting here for 5 minutes by this point with no cars in front of me. Now have been here over 30 minutes.
