So I got a grilled chicken wrap and when I tell you I bit this thing and it was a mouthful of sauce. Don’t worry I’m gonna show a picture. And they also forgot our tacos, but we pulled right back in which the same guy was at the window and we tell him he forgot our tacos And he goes “ You want some more tacos?” Like we’re lying about 2 tacos that cost 2$ then hands us are tacos it’s either a hit or a miss with this place and it’s really the workers last review I made was think the best jack in the box I had in a while just the workers that are working this shift obviously don’t care at all. Btw tacos were good they always taste good

I went in and ordered a double chicken supreme combo meal. They were slammed, super busy! I was there waiting for a few minutes. The nice, sweet young lady (Red hair), who was busting her butt off making all the meals. She came out and said, sorry for your wait, and thank you for your patience. Here’s your chicken sandwich. This was by far one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve eaten. It made my wait worth it. I think she needs a raise. Very polite, hard worker.

OK, so first of all that he her worker I couldn’t tell was very sassy if I say so myself The tacos were good, but the breakfast croissant sandwich was so dry. The egg was overcooked. The sausage was burnt, and the water was a little bit yellow. I put water in the cup to see if it was just cup But no it was the water. Pictures of the water and new clean water in the cup to show it was dirty water or something I sipped it when I got it and didn’t taste weird tho but still gross and there’s the burnt sausage for ya

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food for my family and had to throw it away. My Dr. Pepper had no syrup…My burger was so soggy I can’t believe someone actually thought that was acceptable to give to a customer. Probably won’t give this franchise a try ever again.

Nah, I swear they’ll go out of their way to screw up your order because they’re having a bad shift. Look at those toppings lol on top of they didn’t add cheese to a single item that it’s supposed to come with. Normally don’t have this experience with the other Jack in the box in Medford, but this one sadly has done something like this third time in a row.

You would think with as many employees that are just standing around they would actually care about the cleanliness of the restaurant but clearly this is Not the case! It’s gross as you can clearly see from these photos! Every time I have to pick up a delivery from this store there is an issue and the employees just joke around instead of working! They cuss in front of customers, they toss fries at each other, they stick stickers to one another’s shirts and the only employee who actually does any work in this place is the female manager! She is the only one who is kind and helpful and I am in here almost daily picking up orders! Everyone else just messes around and clearly doesn’t care about the customers, the look of the restaurant, or their orders! I absolutely HATE getting deliveries from this store! It is a disaster and a disappointment every time!
