I must say that since COVID, Jack in the box has been a terrible disappointment no matter what location, terrible food, terrible service, awful staff, nobody able or willing to even discuss any of it either just honestly unreal… However this last time just before Christmas we stopped in at around 9:30 pm because they were only thing open and we could not believe how amazing the drive thru person was, friendly, super helpful, patient, actually put us in a good mood and service was quick, order accurate and best if all the food was so good just now we remembered it to be back before COVID!!!! Some of the best, reminiscent of young drunk nights, garbage good around!!

It seems like all late night food spots are poorly run. All the food taste like its been pre made and sat forever under the heat lamp. My favorite Jr chicken sandwiches have been a joke lately. Bun always limp, patty NEVER fresh, lettuce seems like it was walked on before it was put on the sandwich. Truly disappointing. My favorite fast food restaurant by the way

Ordered a jumbo jack combo and upsized the fries to jalapeño poppers and got chicken nuggets that looked 2days old and almost $3 less than what i paid, the bread on burger taste old. My kids kids meals chicken nuggets just as bad if not worse! Ordered the homestyle ranch chicken club for the pregnant ol lady and got nothing but a chicken patty.. nothing else. Literally nothing else. Whole meal was trash, waste of what almost $40?? Jack in the box needs help, what happened to when people cared about the quality of theyre product??

Best Jack in town. Love the tacos here, they always seem to be made fresh. You don’t get the one chewy slightly cold and wilted one that’s been abandoned under a heat lamp. How this one sticks around, that new bacon double smashburger is out of this world for a fast food sandwich. In-N-Out better watch their back, Jack is coming for you.

Really……this is how it comes? Is this job so difficult that this is what you serve your guests? I asked for fry sauce…didnt’t receive that (shocker) . Nobody behind me, nobody In front of me so why was this so difficult to get correctly. Bit into my sriracha burger and then opened it up….wow. Posted a picture of what’s suppose to come on it and then took a picture of mine and my husband’s, missing quite a few things. No problem, we go back down and show the manager, instead of making us new ones or even apologizing she tells me that this is how it comes and that it’s correct. Yikes
