Got drive thru and inspected my food once I got it after about a 20 min wait in line. I checked because my food has been incorrect 75% of the time when I go here.
Both my crispy spicy jack wraps came with almost nothing on it besides the chicken, sauce and a few strands of lettuce and cheese. I went in and asked for a fix since there was no jalepeno at all and very little of everything else. They said they’d remake them.
I should have checked before coming home but all they did was open the ones I gave them and added 2 jalapeño. Tried calling multiple times to get a replacement but they refuse to answer the phone. The pictures are what I got once they “remade” them.

It’s Jack in the Box, so food is always consistent. What really set today apart from the rest, was Brandon. I wasn’t fully prepared at the register, and this gentleman gave great recommendations for menu items that are new, and was super patient (I was the one being slow). He made sure that I had a great lunch, 10/10 management material

I was visibly sick but needed food while I waited for my pharmacy. I was given the wrong entrée but didn’t notice till I had already touched the food. I took it to the counter to show them and I am very sure they put it back and later gave it to another customer. Even if I hadn’t touched the food I touched the box and I looked unwell

I pulled up at 2:55AM, and nobody answered the drive thru even tho their sign was lit up saying “drive thru open.” I realize they close at 3, but I’ve also worked in fast food before and understand both sides. Sure, it’s a little annoying for people to show up last minute when you’ve done all your cleaning. It’s also part of your job to serve them until the very minute you’re closed. I didn’t realize your closing time until I pulled it up on Google while waiting at the speaker, or else I wouldn’t have shown up. I’m the type to tip when I end up doing stuff like this, too. Your loss and very unprofessional.

genuinely worst drive thru i’ve ever been to. I asked for a 6 piece mozzerella stick and a 6 piece chicken nugget. the lady taking my order even clarified it and still rang it up wrong. We asked the lady if we could get an order of popcorn chicken and all she said was “no” in a rude tone, nothing else just “no”. We get to the window and ask for our incorrect order to be changed and she acted confused and didn’t understand us. We were able to get the 6 piece mozzerella stick but didn’t want to deal with the struggle with the chicken nuggets. We wanted ranch with our food and after getting it didn’t have it in the bag so my boyfriend went inside to get it. He asked for 6 ranches and the lady was again very rude and just said “no i’ll give you this” and handed us 3, we had no problem paying for more ranch but what do you mean we can’t buy more ranch?? Just all over horrible service will not be returning.

Wish we could give no stars. We ordered at the drive thru, and we were greeted by a high looking teenage boy. We ordered exactly “6 Jr. Jumbo jack cheeseburgers” on the 24th of march were they had a poster on the window for 1.29 a piece, and we were charged 2.99 each. When we asked about the price, we told the boy about the sign we saw on the side of the building, and he did nothing about it. Jack in the Box come on, you’re better than this.

Ordered a box of the special flavored curly fries. I knew this was going to happen but my passenger really wanted to go here.
This box was $4. And it should have ben full in my opinion. I almost went back in because what the actual heck. I mean come on. Im not saying make it explode but at least to the top. Its only half way filled. Not to mention these are already small boxes. They are potatoes not rare gems. ♀️

It’s 7:44 pm and the doors are locked to the dinningroom. The drive through line is excessively long, really bad service. Love the food but there are times when the food is cold

They got my order wrong!! I ordered a buttery jack w/o tomatoes,ketchup, easy mayonnaise and no cheese(don’t like Swiss)…what I got is a burger with wilted lettuce, heavy mayo AND had cheese on it..that’s it!!
My supreme breakfast croissant was dry and small(a kids burger is bigger)
Sad but, it doesn’t matter which or location of jack in the box I go, they can’t seem to read and follow directions on an order
