Over the past couple weeks I have had the worst service with their daytime crew and they decided they wanted to fight with me instead of replace the sandwich that they night crew messed up the night before when no one was answering the phone and they didn’t give a receipt. so they refused to replace my food and decided to fight with me so I had to get a manager from another store on the phone and then they employee refused to talk to that manager. So hopefully they get fired. I’m tired of dealing with incompetence every time I try to eat food. I’m allergic to mayonnaise it was told to them that I have a food allergy they confirmed that at the window that it had no mayonnaise. I get home with my food and it has mayonnaise, I can’t eat my food.. it’s very late, they aren’t answering the phone what’s a person supposed to do? I went back to the store to tell them about it and told them that I wasn’t able to eat my meal as french fries aren’t dinner so I would like my whole meal replaced and they refused, and fought with me. I got the other manager on the phone and the employee refused to talk to that manager… so again I hope they get fired. that’s not how you treat people that are just trying to eat safely. you’re a service provider. if you don’t provide your service you fail, and this store has failed multiple times. It needs to be revamped you need a new manager or you need your manager to be present since you guys keep screwing up and your employees feel entitled to argue with the customer who I don’t know I grew up with a customer always being right but that’s not the days we live in now. I seriously will not be returning to a Jack In The Box ever again because of the way I was treated today and the past couple visits. I’ve worked fast food, your manager should not have to smooth out every time a person shows up to your store with a reasonable complaint… if that’s the case you’re the problem and need to be removed… Ma’am!! SMH

My family and I gave this Jack and the box a second try. Not only we were missing a quarter of our order. The manager was very disrespectful. I went in to get the remaining items they forgot but I also asked for our little antenna guys that were supposed to come with our meal. The Spanish lady (very rude) I asked for them and she said there wasn’t anymore. I told her there should be a sign by the meal stating they were out and she said can’t you read and points to the sign stating the meal was limited addition not that the jacks were limited supply. She didnt even give me a chance to ask if they would be getting more and just walks away. Will not be wasting my money at an establishment where I feel like I putting out paid employees!! With my hard earned money. If you really want Jack and the box id find a better location!!!

Worst Jack in the box in all of Oregon truly the most inconsiderate employees I’ve ever meet. I’m shocked they can operate with a crew like that. Absolutely 0 regard for customer satisfaction! I certainly won’t be going back to deal with their bad attitude again.

I was not allowed to wash my hands!!!! You can’t wash your hands until you buy food. It’s their policy the two boys said as they pose for a pic laughing. My partner offered our dinner cash for holding and they said no! Unreal
It is also against the law and a violation of the health department. I would not employ these boys who cannot think for themselves. They smiled and laughed at me while I was almost to tears with the treatment my partner and I received. We were here for dinner after work and never got any food. I question if they even wash their hands without being told. The one star (I HAVE no choice but to give) I can mention the drive-thru appeared clean but it’s just a small area like those boys brains.

There are only two locations open at the time of this post. The one here in Eugene located on W. 6th Ave. & the one in our neighboring town of Springfield, on Pioneer Parkway. The one here in Eugene can definitely be a little shady to go to at night. There’s a lot of homeless people around, but if you keep your windows closed, doors locked, & pretty much just focus on the car in front of you, you’ll more than likely get through the drive thru with relatively little to no issues. A pretty good selection of food choices are offered on the menu from tacos & egg rolls to burgers/chicken sandwiches. The best part of their menu is that they offer breakfast items as well which you can get at any hour of the day. It’s great because me personally, I go with my son and I usually get something more lunch/dinner related. I ask my son what he wants & lately he’s just been addicted to the Grande Sausage Burrito (from the breakfast menu). So for example, tonight we went and our order was as follows: (1) Grande Sausage Burrito (breakfast item), (3) Egg rolls w/Sweet & Sour sauce, (1) Chocolate cake, (1) Cheesecake slice, & (1) Med. Coke. They offer different choices with bacon, eggs, potatoes, etc., your standard breakfast meal choices. There are even French Toast Sticks & pancakes available as well! That right there is why Jack-In-The-Box has always been a long time favorite. The only other option you have available for breakfast items is to either go to a diner such as Denny’s or IHOP, which either choice will be a bit more expensive or Option (B): Wait until breakfast hours for all other fast food restaurants, usually from 5/6a – 10/10:30a. Once 10:30a rolls around, you are cut off from breakfast anywhere you go. I’ve literally been in drive thru lines for McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. & watched that at exactly 10:30a the menu suddenly changes from breakfast to lunch/dinner. McDonald’s is by far, the most infamous for this. So you want a good variety of food options from breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner to pick from check out either Jack-In-The-Box location. Sorry this was so long, but hope it helps anyone who’s hungry & undecided about what to eat.

The grande sausage breakfast burrito is quick and cheap coming in at 6 dollars and some change. Hell, some local taquieras will charge you 8-10 dollars for the same amount of burrito

They always mess up your order , they don’t pay attention, Hispanic lady is not professional makes your food wrong then yells at you and treats you like crap when you politely ask her to make it right, she put a trash can in my face yelled at me to throw it away, I only went in because my child absolutely hates pickles. And when I got my son’s order corrected she had to walk up to my car window, and glare at my son, so out of her way to be rude, I don’t understand. She was so disrespectful. That happened on Thursday dec. 18th around the hours 11:00am to 12:00 I highly recommend viewing the cameras.
Also asked for curly fries and I got a mix of regular fries and curly fries for my son, we don’t eat out all the time but when we do I don’t like to feel like I wasted money on garbage and to just take what they choose to give me.

I came by at 2:15 am, maps and the hours on their door say they close at 2:30am. Even the light up sign says OPEN and DRIVE THRU OPEN. But there’s a cone in the drive through and the door is locked. I can see employees inside but they seem to be closed anyways. Real bummer after leaving the bar to not be able to get the curly fries I wanted so badly.
