One of the worst fast food burgers that my wife and myself have ever had. It tasted like cheap lunch meat chopped up and made into a patty.
That being said, service was prompt and friendly.
Why 2 – Stars? Because the experience reminded us we don’t need to eat this kind of junk and got us to delete the app. So there is that. Thanks!

I placed an order and asked for the new seasoned curly fries. Specifically the honey barbecue and literally the box was pretty much completely empty. I went it back in to ask if this was any steak and I was flipped out on and told that this is how it’s supposed to be. I had explained to them I have been coming here the past week continuously ordering this item and none of them were like this. He explained to me that they were doing it wrong not him. I also tipped him before receiving the food just to be nice. I kind of regret that now. Asked for my receipt and his name. He would not give me either. Stated he was manager when I asked for one. I have a picture of it but I don’t know how to upload it to this post. Literally the box was more empty than full. Picture does not do it justice. 4$ for that amount if that is true is a rip off.

Pulling in the parking lot, it was dark as the lights weren’t on went to the drive-through and the lights weren’t on the menu board so I couldn’t see anything asked if she could turn the lights on. She said nope don’t know how to ask if there is a manager, she said nope you’re gonna order any food. I said sure I’ll take some tacos cause I can’t see anything else on the menu. She said OK Got my food and left. No please no thank you no lights no wonder there’s only one car in the parking lot and Jack-in-the-Box numbers are down. Good luck with that.

I have only used drive thru. Service is normally quick . Good menu for a fast food restaurant. Varied assortment of choices. I especially like the Egg rolls and Seasoned Curly Fries. Prices are competitive with other fast food restaurants.

Best mainstream fast food experience in the last decade (scroll down for visit details).
Ordered through the app (which saved me $7.23) and my food was ready even though I arrived 5 minutes early! In contrast with the evening being dark and rainy outside; this Jack in the Box’ dining room was clean and well lit – with condiments, straws, etc. well stocked and available. Every table was wiped down and all available chairs were in their place.
The staff were polite, professional and provided service that was outstanding by the highest of fast food standards. Every detail and special request I made was done to perfection and without reminders (Andy, Ada and David – you’re awesome!) and all with a cheerful attitude.
My food was so perfectly prepared that it looked like a marketing photo (I’m not kidding, see the photo I took of the food I received!).
Because of deals in the app, my Jumbo Jack, Sourdough Grilled Cheese Sandwich, two tacos and an ice water only came to $3.88
An incredible value made even better by the staff’s attention to detail and pride in their work.

• The mystery tacos? Well, they’re still a mystery, but oh what a tasty treat!
The only detraction from my dining experience was that one of the doors at their main entrance was locked or broken (and without explanation). This is a concern for wheelchair users as it was the side most often grabbed by those in a wheelchair. I do know that it made it difficult (though not impossible) for me to enter the restaurant and made me wonder if they had closed early. In spite of this defect, I still had a phenomenal dining experience.
Praying that they will have this repaired and functioning again soon.

Although this was my first visit here in three years, I’ll make it a priority to visit again more frequently now that I’ve been reminded of the quality food, service and pricing available at this local Jack in the Box.

Will NEVER go back. For one, where do the employees go to the bathroom and wash their hands is the big question?! Do they walk out and go in their area and wash their hands where the food is-gross!! Do they go to the bathroom, wash their hands and… idk. But let me tell you… There was no “toilet paper” in one stall. Then you see these photos I took w wet hands. Unreal. Like…I have NO words.
I was very surprised that there was soap. Thanks for providing a paid customer with soap.

I went to jack in the box today. Soon I walking to do my ordered, the Hispanic short lady with fake spider eye lashes was very rude. I asked for my receipt she claims the she gave to me. But she didn’t give it to me. I told her the rice was very hard and the chicken was overcooked. She said we cant give you the money. Jack in the Box I want my money back. You go to eat to enjoy the food. Not people to be rude.
