I’m writing this in hopes that upper management will truly take notice, because this location clearly needs attention.
This particular Jack in the Box has consistently provided poor customer service during the evening and night shifts. This has been an ongoing issue , both when ordering for personal meals and while delivering orders late at night.
The night crew often appears unaware of current promotions displayed on their own menu board, or they ring them up incorrectly. On multiple occasions (including the most recent visit approximately 12:20 am March 3rd), we’ve received cold fries, this was the fourth time. Customer service during these interactions has also been unprofessional and dismissive.
There have also been repeated issues with order accuracy. I’ve personally experienced missing or incorrect items, and while delivering, I’ve had at least three separate reports from customers stating their food was wrong or incomplete. In one case, a diet drink was not actually diet, which is especially concerning for customers who rely on that for health reasons.
Employees have also frequently been observed outside behind the building during shifts, which raises questions about attentiveness and management oversight.
After several visits and repeated issues, it no longer feels like isolated mistakes , it feels like a lack of proper training, supervision, and accountability. This location needs direct management intervention to address quality control, professionalism, and food accuracy.
I hope this review leads to real improvement, because customers deserve better service and consistency.

Closed Thanksgiving I actually understand, not communicating it at all is eye opener as to the value of my loyalty. If your going to close for a holiday, post it on your doors days ahead, BUT definitely the day of it should posted. I mean, that is what everyone other business does, well at least if they appreciate loyalty.

Jack in the is really stepping it up the 2 tacos with their ranch that goes with everything.
The spicy chicken sandwich was one that I haven’t gotten in a long time. They really stepped it up. Nice amount of crisp lettuce and tomato. If they can keep this up I will get this more often.
Churros are the best that I’ve come across with the cinnamon filling. Also the 3 egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce is a nice one too.

Granite I went through the drive-thru at midnight, but that should not matter. With that being said, I did not get my order at all except for my root beer and french fries. I ordered a combo that should have been a double Patty Burger. It was not. It was a single. And it was thrown together and did not look appealing at all. So I gave it to the dog. I also ordered tacos and did not get them. Sometimes you just think that a simple Burger combo with some tacos on the side you wouldn’t have to check your bag and turn around and go back. And I actually can’t go back because I didn’t get a receipt. So I am absolutely not happy. And now I have to cook something. Which I don’t have time for. That’s why I went to your restaurant at midnight. So I wouldn’t have to cook. But because I’m still hungry.. I gave it one star for the simple fact that the fries were good and you were open at midnight. Other than that it was not for the burger. Honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. And of course it wasn’t for the tacos because I can’t speak on those I didn’t get them. Thank you for reading if you did.

Food is good, I love jack in the box but just went and the order was messed up, didn’t recive the chicken nuggets for my daughter and it looks like someone else’s order got mixed up with mine. unfortunately I did not check before making it all the way home. Normally when I order from here, the food is absolutely excellent, fresh, and pretty damn good.
However, I ordered 8/4 around 8:25pm and their quality tarnished quite a bit. My DBL bonus jack combo was very mediocre, fries were cold and a bit stale, and the burger itself was supposed to be a double but it looked like a single. And the cheesecake I ordered was missing entirely. The one time I order at night the quality of the food goes down significantly.

You know, I gave you another chance after you provided me with charcoal instead of jalapeno poppers, but I don’t think I’ll be back now. I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese. Pretty sure it’s supposed to hv tomato, onion, lettuce and pickle too without mustard. This is two plain patties covered in cheese and mustard. I don’t know how all the other jack in the box sites can get orders right and you guys never can. Yikes. Thumb down. Boo! boo! boo!

Absolutely horrible! I made the mistake of going inside- never ever again. The floors are so sticky, the bathroom stinks, there’s grime all over the doors, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks! I waited forever for my order and for what? Bottom of the barrel curly fries and a disgusting burger! For the prices you are charging I should have had an amazing meal! The soda machine isn’t working either.
