My onion rings looked like they were 100 years old, and the tacos that I ordered with no lettuce and extra cheese were literally taco shells filled completely full with lettuce and nothing else. It almost felt intentionally bad.
If this Jack in the Box was the only food available in Portland, I would genuinely rather go into the woods and forage for berries. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again. Literal trash.

Terrible. Had to reorder after ordering because they had no bottled waters. ($2.50/each) then they tried to just give us water cups. I asked for a refund on the waters which took entirely to long. They ended up canceling the order and then reordering the stuff they did have. Once we got our order it was truly laughable, when you look at the pictures the fries are loaded curly fries stuffed into the smallest bag which is literally smaller than my hand!!! The fountain water was coming out kindda brownish yellow. Couldn’t drink that. And the drink i did order was 75% full. What a joke. If I didnt have to go back to work and had another hour to allow them to get the order right I would’ve done so.

It’s like no one really cares but a couple people that work there but most of them don’t even understand what the menu is I went there today and ordered a couple things and asked for sauce not to be on my burger and no salt on my fries and I got exactly what I didn’t want once again. So basically they just need to hire people that actually know the menu and have better customer service skills with detail but yeah I love Jack in the box

Consistently gets orders wrong. For example, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger instead of cheeseburger (egg allergy) etc. It is dangerous. Jack in the Box should take away the franchise, and franchise owner penalized for literally the worst Jack in the Box in the western US…avoid at all costs!

This was the worst chicken sandwich of my life, when I unwrapped it the bread was burnt and smashed like someone punched it. I took a bite hoping the appearance was the only horrendous thing and to my sickness the patty had %10 of meat in it and tasted like it was been sitting out for an hr and they heated it up on the grill. I’m so disappointed in jack in the box I will never be coming to this location again. Waste of money

Orders come out wrong half the time. It’s hard to understand People taking your order with their broken english. Sometimes things are just missing or jacked up like this jojo order, they should call this unsauced and unbacon.

Terrible location. Was told to park outside waiting for my order (after waiting 5 minutes at the intercom while people backed up behind me) and while the three people that had backed up behind me all went through with their orders I waited for my 8 chicken nuggets and 3 eggrolls. The eggrolls came out burnt, the chicken nuggets didn’t come with any sauce, and the people working here didn’t communicate very well at all.
I won’t be visiting this location again, it’s wild how terrible of an experience they managed to make with this easy drive thru order.

Maybe the speaker is broken because I ordered 3 fries and a meal w fries… yet only got 1 order of fries…. 3 kids had to share that no good! Otherwise it was fine 🙂
