Waited about 40 minutes to pick up 3 DoorDash orders and noticed no employees in the building. My husband and I arrived at 1:15 am and left at 1:43 am because no one was inside. This was very, very unprofessional. And I will be coming back in the morning to talk to a supervisor.

came to this jack on the box because it was the only place opened near me with some gluten free options. i asked a couple questions about if the new protein bowls were gluten free and was dismissed with passive aggressive short answers. when we got up to the counter i asked if i could have the teriyaki chicken w no sauce and the lady told me no because it has already been made. the i asked to buy a second bowl because of my allergy, and she said yes and shut the doors on me. i had to buy two bowls because the lady helping me would not tell me what i could get that was gluten free. the woman working was really rude and dismissive overall and it was just a poor experience. i’m annoyed that i had to pay for two bowls, one of which i cannot eat when i could have been given options to begin with.

I ordered on doordash and I ordered breakfast platter and a breakfast burrito combo and a coffee. I didn’t get my whole burrito combo as well as my coffee. But I did receive this…..a taco which I didn’t order and if I were to have ordered it, id be very disappointed, looks very very old. Lettuce is dry and brown I threw it away, right away.

I pulled up to the drive through and through the loud speaker the feminine sounding worker said “one minute” in an annoyed voice. I waited 5 minutes before saying “hello?” To which the worker shouted “what do you want!”. I started placing my order and the worker interrupted me and said “we don’t have that” in the most rude voice I ever heard. I drove to the other Jack in the box down the road.

Went through the drive thru, and the woman over the speaker told me to “wait a minute” after sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one in front of me I said “hello?” And she snapped very rudely “what do you want?” And told her I wanted the place two orders, she said “yeah I know, what is it” very rude and unprofessional.

JIBBI THIEF! I ordered the chicken Munchie meal that was supposed to come with a Jibbi and one of the workers must have stolen my Jimmy cuz it didn’t come with the meal, it took them forever to get my mail out to me I waited there for 10 minutes and the food was cold by the time I got to me, I asked them specifically about the Jibbi and it was still left out of my meal

I’ve always loved this Jack in the Box. I don’t eat fast food a lot but THIS one was always a great place to stop and take lunch. It’s mostly workers & trucks so I always feel safe staying in the parking lot to eat. They always have great food compared to even the other ones in the area. Their oil never tastes old & they know how to make the tacos right! The sweet cream mocha iced coffee ☕ was shockingly similar tasting to Black Rock! I’ve never had a good iced coffee at a fast food restaurant. Loved it. Love the service here! The ladies are very nice & they keep the drive thru clean. They always have you pull around for fresh food more so then any other Jack I’ve been to. Great location for lunch!
