I ordered 12 tacos and Non of my tacos had taco sauce they were all missing the sauce . Called the store and said they are sold out. Very disappointed. How could they not have any taco sauce. Very unprofessional. Not to mention I also went in a couple days ago for fries and the night shift gave me nasty staily fries. This place is horrible!!!!

The staff was very ignorant and didn’t care about customer service, bathroom are shut down, overcharged for meal than shrugs shoulders didn’t care charged for a shake than later before good was done said sorry there is no ice cream for shake did not refund it. Terrible experience

I’ll take Jack in the box over mcdonald’s any day of the week! The food tastes better. And they have tacos and onion rings! The service takes a little bit longer, but that’s only because they actually cook your food here.
The jumbo Jack has to be my favorite burger from this restaurant. But I’m also very fond of the bonus Jack. It pops up on the menu every now and again, and then disappears for a year or so.
The smash jack is also an excellent burger. That’s the burger photographed below.
My one criticism with Jack in the box is their fries. I usually stop here early in the morning, (3am) while i’m working. The french fries are super inconsistent! They are always overcooked, and you will get a mix of regular fries and curly fries. But for some reason, they’re always cold! Overcooked and cold. It’s almost like they were cleaning out the fryers and decided to give you all the bits and pieces that were left at the bottom of the fryer.
So just a tip. After hours, order onion rings instead.

We’ve ordered items several times in the past, but our experience on September 14th was well below standards. The 2 burger orders were fine, but the Santa Fe Chicken salad was awful! I’ve had this several times and alway enjoyed it, but this time it wasn’t up to par. The expriation date was the next day, but when I got it home, it looked like it should have been tossed several days earlier. The lettuce was brown and limp, the chicken looked “over-the-hill” I couldn’t eat most of it. The corn, black beans and cheese were practically non-existant. Usually these items placed in nice little recognizable mounds on top, but not this time. I had to hunt for the corn and counted 3, yes, 3 black beans and 1, yes 1 tomatoe! I got tortilla strips rather than the spicy sticks. It looked like someone had dropped the whole thing, on the counter then tried to put it back in the container. NOT GOOD! It’s ashame since Jack in the Box is the only fast food restaurant to offer salads in our area, but I’m going somewhere else in the future. Besides the food, the driveway on Maple needs a serious pothole repaired. It just keeps getting bigger and bigger!

I was genuinely excited for the new Jack in the Box location in Forest Grove, particularly hoping to order the Nashvill Hot Popcorn Chicken which is an item that we frequently order and online, stated was available. My first visit at this location, however, fell flat. Walking in, the dining area was completely empty of customers, and surprisingly, staff interactions as well. Despite the move towards self-checkout kiosks, it was jarring to not be greeted, smiled at, or even acknowledged by anyone working there. They were there, I physically could see them, they were there, and yet it could have been easier to walk in to an empty room. The silence and lack of any human interaction was quite a disheartening start.
My attempt to order was also unsuccessful; the much-anticipated Nashville Hot Popcorn Chicken option ( or any popcorn chicken option for that matter ) wasn’t available on the self-service menu. With no staff even willing to ask if I needed assistance (I didn’t because I knew exactly what I wanted and it was not available, at least, that is what the screen indicated) or even make eye contact, I ultimately left without making a purchase. While the store itself was clean, the overall lack of service efficiency and the unavailable menu item meant there was no ‘experience’ to review beyond a clean space ( which is a plus) and a missed opportunity. I do appreciate their all-day breakfast offering, and we might consider giving them a second chance for breakfast in the future, hoping for a more welcoming and complete experience. Sad this is what the world is coming to.
