I feel Jack in the Box was one of the restaurants where the food shrunk the most and the quality went down the most while the prices went up as a result of the huge minimum wage hikes in recent years. That said, this store was chill at the moment as there was just me in the whole restaurant. The food was actually good considering what I just said, and the employees were nice and seemed cool with actually being there lol !!

Not sure why they’re getting such bad reviews… I’ve had no problems here. The service is prompt, accurate… The food is good. It was made exactly as I ordered it and hot. The drive-through lane (which is all I’ve ever gone through) is clean. The screens work properly. Overall this is a fine location of Jack in the Box.
Plus I’m sorry but you cannot beat the Jack in the Box value menu.
Plus it’s close to the college which is great. It’s next to the theater which is great.

Place was dead food was horrible the refried what looked to be last night’s frys and churros as well as the jalapeno poppers I would never return here again u can literally see black chunks in the Fry’s and other deep fried stuff I got waste of money wish I could give less then a star

Didn’t recieve a paid for and ordered soda. (Not that big of a deal I guess.) But to get half a piece of cheese on a burger which in itself was dry and salty is just too much. Will not be going back. Also, I’m pretty sure whomever answered the phone was not the manager.

Sold me food at the end. They don’t have any half and halfs for coffee…. I simply asked for them to give me iced coffee. She said no you need to pay more….. Is that a good customer service? It’s your fault you sold the product without ingredients and then you cannot make your customer happy. Shame on you and your restaurant.

Love this location for breakfast in a pinch.
Not many sitting inside anymore, but the individual that seemingly runs the kitchen and drive through also pops up at the location off of start/burnside. They are super awsome, if you have a cute pupper she may even throw a pattied their way and pay the cutness tax.

This location really fell off the last 6mon. Under cooked French Fries not Salted at all. Burger had soo much Sauce had been almost un Edible. What a waste of money. 10/10 would not recommend.
