Ordered drive thru, when i got home, moldy bread.
Everyone there is usually very kind and understanding; however, general food safety is a very real thing.
This location could’ve really got someone sick.
In cases like this, it’s not personal, I didnt take a refund or a remake. They gave me an apology and offered for the refund but you’ll never see me here again.

WHY IS THERE NOT AN OPTION FOR NO STARS??
WHERE DO I START?
The door says open at 6am. That is not true. Theu open when they want to open the doors. Literally. The whole team seems to be related. I pulled up at 615am. Nothing. No one. I drove to the window and would see them drinking coffee starting to put hair up. I called the restaurant, phone off the hook. I drove back around after witnessing a girl come outside and give food to her friend in the car. The voice on the drive thru said “sorry we are temporarily closed” and turned off the mic.
Sent a co worker the next morning for coffee at 620am.
He said it was closed and doors were locked.
Is this what Hawai’i is coming to? The transplants are letting us know what time they decide to serve us? And they wonder why? My goodness.
Is there even a jack n the box in Micronesia? The windows look like they are tinted in dirty hand prints. Gross.

I stopped by today to try out the Double Jack Burger and found that it was pretty good. The lettuce and tomato was really fresh, unlike the burgers at McDonald.
The staff were very friendly and they really seemed like they wanted to help as two of their staff have asked very nicely if I needed any help when I was still looking through their menu on the wall. I will definitely eat here more often from now on.

My wife just went to order her food while we were doing laundry. As she walked in, the cashier did not greet her or say hello. She waited at least 10 minutes for a take out order. She ordered an ultimate cheese burger munchie meal with curly fries and tacos. She got a jumbo jack instead. The service was alright. It’s upsetting to me that we live in Hawaii and that people are still ignorant of skin color. For me to post this is upsetting because I am a Native wahine who has lived here all her life. To hear that my wife was treated poorly because she is black. Do better Jack in the box.

NEVER COME AFTER 10PM. You’ll end up waiting over 30 minutes just for them to take your order. This is the 3rd time I’ve sat in line over 40 minutes now. Asked for manager, they said no manager and wouldn’t give me a discount. Seriously the worst location and place to get your food after dark. Sorry graveyard shift. 711 is faster than this place, just pack your lunch because they dont care. After wating 1hr, they still got my order wrong. I DIDNT WANT MEAT.

Hilarious. I can’t believe the doors are open. Bathroom is broke. Pop machine broke. No medium cups so they have us the biggest cups I’ve ever seen at a fast food location. It took 2 hands to lift them. And the food? The burger looks like the $2.99 special size at the price of $11. They also served all of the burgers as single but we paid for doubles. Wife is still waiting for her chicken sandwich from 20 minutes ago.

Got my order wrong when I wanted the Sourdough Scramble Sausage but gave me bacon instead. Tried calling the phone and no one’s on the phone. Poor management. Just wanted to call about my order and this is how they treat their customers? Seriously this is really disappointing and I’m very upset that Jack’s have a phone and won’t utilize it when it comes to customer’s phone call about their order.

This location is the worst one on Oahu. It is currently 15:55 on a Saturday and the dining room is closed. I only know bc the drive thru got my order wrong and I went to go rectify it. The door was locked and they refused to answer. In the 15 min I’ve been here 5 PEOPLE have tried to go into the dining room and have been unsuccessful. I only got pics of 2 of them. What’s worse is I watched staff unlock the door for a friend or two and then relock it.
Whoever is running the hiring department, FIRE all the workers at this location and start fresh bc I now realize that the dining room being closed all the time is what sends the drive thru into the street on weekends!! I am a huge fan of Jack but will not be returning here to this location.

Bought two tacos the shell was deep fried seems like prep person put hamburger in shell cold no oil was seen on meat it was cold and toppings were cold.shortcut of making the tacos.
