After ordering and seeing this employee preparing the food at the back not wearing gloves, lose my appetite and will not come here again. Do you guys train your staffs for proper food sanitation? This is a serious health inspection issue! The other employee was wearing gloves, but this woman preparing the food was not wearing gloves and was sticking her hands in all the food trays and even took the patties from the tray with her bare hands!!

My sister’s order didn’t even get eggs or syrup. She paid 3.39 for a single hash brown. 30 cents for like one onion piece. This is not worth 11$. There are much better places to eat at in the mall for this same price. The photo is what the food looked like before she ate any.

Food is good here but its not int the secures place in the city. Several homeless were outside loitering. The issue was a man came inside with a wrench in his hand. I believe the staff were nervous as they went to the back so the customers inside just kinda sat there… but a minute later one of the line workers a tall, younger, built male came to deal with the man. He addressed the wrench and gave him water and two tacos. The man left but it was still scary.

I was greatly disappointed with this location. I ordered the loco Moco to try the specialty smashed burger. The disappointing part was that after I waited about 4 minutes, the person came out and told me they had no rice left, this wa over 3 hours from closing. I said okay I will still take it, but when I got back to the hotel, I found out they also forgot the onion rings. This probably explained why there was no line up at this location.

I work in the mall and have a half hour lunch break. I make sure to order ahead of time (about 10-15 minutes before) on the app so it’s ready by the time I clock out for lunch and walk over to the food court to pick up my food.
I walk over and there’s just a group of people also waiting for their orders, online order rack is empty. There’s about 2 people ahead of me on the online orders that’s already 20 minutes overdue, as well as in-person orders about 10-15 minutes overdue.
I had to wait about an extra 15 minutes for my order to finally be bagged and set on the rack, already taking up half of my lunch, and when I finally sat down to eat, the fries are cold from sitting by the window the whole time and the chicken nuggets and cheeseburger was just as sad. For having to wait for an order I put in almost half an hour ago? Yikes.
I rarely make these kinds of reviews and I love JitB food, but this was such a disappointing experience. The wait times should never have to be that long for *fast food* and even so, it shouldn’t be cold for having waited so long.

The Ala Moana location in the food court is nails. I’ve been by a few times, many times no one is at the counter. If you choose to wait, you wait forever for someone to come out. For this to be fast food, it took 20 minutes to get my food. I seen only 3 people working in the busy food court. On top of that my food was cold. Would try someplace else, there’s so many food vendors that Jack in the Box should be last on your list. Lesson learned.

I Like they buttery Jack sandwiches or they 99 cents tacos and curly fries and French fries the quality of the service is fast that’s why they called it fast food the food sounds juicy and tender and salty for they customers eating they at jack in the box at ala Moana center

Come from Sydney Australia I was so excited to try all the different fast food in USA Jack in the box was so disappointing the two girls didn’t care I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for food. When I got back home people asked me what was the worst food you had and I has Jack in the box! When I go to Hawaii next year I will stay clear of this place!!

Great service! Small inside but convenient for other shoppers. Locate next to Ala Moana Management Office. Plenty of parking. You can also order ahead through their mobile app so you don’t have to wait in line during peak hours. Breakfast serves all day. Must try their iced coffee, its affordable and big.
