I ordered an egg and cheese croissant this morning and got charged for a supreme croissant (2 meats removed instead of 1). The screen was broken so I couldn’t see the charge. When I picked up the sandwich the woman was smirking like she was getting away with something. This was the saddest looking egg and cheese sandwich i’ve ever seen – there were no offers for double egg or cheese and I just got a falling apart sandwich for almost $8. I’m giving 2 stars because I’m nice and I like croissants.

For the most part, this location is good. The reason for my 3☆ is because the restaurant is nearly never clean. The trash is always overflowing and the entire floor: entryway, entire dining room including restroom, is ALWAYS slippery. It’s like they mopped the floor with grease. Even when I worse an anti-slip shoes, it is still slippery. That is a huge problem. I’ve previously made a complaint about it on the customer survey and it was completely ignored. I guess it means if I actually do slip and fall there, I can press charges on the company cause it’s clearly ignored.

Came at midnight to a 24-hour drive thru. Lights were still open. Waited 10 min at the order screen trying to get the workers’ attention. Called the location 2x no answer. Went to the window to see if there was anyone (no one was there). Just when we were about to leave, we saw someone inside so we circled back to the drive thru window. We tried to call for the workers attention again but nothing.
