Pretty good. Service could have been better as it seemed like we were a second thought. Since no one came to the register to help, we just ordered on the app. But the Mac nut milkshake was delish!

Not bad for a fast food restaurant. I ordered the “Cluck” chicken sandwich and an Oreo shake. The sandwich was pretty run of the mill for a fast food place. It tasted similar to a KFC or McDonald’s sandwich. The prices were reasonable and fair for fast food and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. The shake was just okay, it made me feel pretty bloated but was tasty at the same time. I would recommend if you need a quick and cheap meal, otherwise you can probably find better food elsewhere. Food is on the same level as Burger King or McDonald’s. Bathrooms were not very clean and didn’t smell good.

One of the employee named John called me “dumb” for not seeing that my order was ready after having a hard time ordering it through promo code wondering if the order went through or not on their App.. I was waiting for 15 minutes looking for the order # in my email to show him that I just ordered. My food was sitting on the rack, I thought they call out the order when its ready but he was just being rude with me because I couldn’t figure the issue with the jack in the box App. .I got defensive because you just dont call people dumb especially if you’re the one working at Jack in the Box. Even the main manager got mad at me for telling them they cant just be calling people “dumb” lol go find a better job that you may enjoy instead of working at Jack in the box with the lack of customer service

I give it 5 stars because they are always open and I always get it when I’m drinking and they’ve never failed me. The curly fries are the bomb and the spicy grilled wrap.

The manager is out of Uniform. I didn’t know Jack in the box allows this. They probably dress how they like and disregard the Uniform code. Food was good just didn’t understand if I was visiting jack in the box or a rec center serving food. My opinion managers should know better about the dress code. The service was slow as usual.

Kind of gross. Tasteless food and you have to borrow a key to use the rest room. Interior decor is utilitarian and depressing. Slop food for cattle.

Wanted to eat inside in air conditioning. Had to yell at them to get counter service. Never looked at me once while taking orders. Just sat it on the counter when it was ready. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. No napkins, or anyone to ask for them.
The fries were decent and the coke was okay.

I will not eat here anymore. I’ve received wrong/missing food many times, hasbrowns refried to a crisp and package has a layer of oil. The last straw was breakfast the other day. They charged my daughter for a French toast sticks plate $9.49 when she only ordered the sticks. 2 sticks were ok, the rest were burnt and the some were so burnt is was literally a French toast cracker. We rarely eat out but when we do it’s for convenience, not because we have all the extra money to spend on expensive disgusting food.

No complaints about the food. Taste rarely disappoints. Prices, like all over, just going up and up. Cannot help. The 1 star is for the rude drive thru worker. Her initials are NG. I really want to give her name, but at the same time, don’t want to be a bully. This girl has no business being in the customer service field. She’s very rude and very sassy. If I wouldn’t get filmed or arrested, I would’ve jumped out of my car and made a scene. LOL. Hope timing works out better in the future and she’s not working when we go there.
