We placed our order on the app and went to pick it up at the drive thru. What should have made our order less prone to error and also much easier and quick for the staff ended up being a huge inconvenience to ourselves.
When we first arrived, the staff member taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude and impatient despite the fact we just pulled up and informed him we were picking up an order from the app.
On top of all this, they must have prepared the drinks already as they said they couldn’t give us drinks without ice; but pouring our drinks before we ever even said we were picking it up led to our drinks being severely watered down in taste and our cups were also only about 2/3rds full even with all the ice and ice that has melted. They even tried to rush us through hoping we wouldn’t notice they were ripping us iff by withholding an entire meal – and upon bringing this to their attention they had us pull up to the front and wait for them to bring it to us.
So what was meant to be quicker and easier ended up taking longer and requiring extra steps.
Staff behaviour only was enough for us to decide we will not return to this location let alone the poor handling if our order, the watered down beverages and the missing food. This location was the worst experience we’ve ever had at any of sacramento’s jack in the box locations and the staff should definitely learn better manners or leave the service industry- as they are definitely not fit for professionalism or human interaction.

I came here to order a salad like I come here any other day but today there was a Mexican lady working, which was pregnant. She said they do not cut up the chicken and then put it on the salad. Yearly Winter Review : At 2 minutes 06 seconds Food was prepared and served through the drive thru at 4:32am, Everything Fresh and Hot, great service and taste overall. All napkins and Sauce added with the phase “Would you like any sauce ?” Something other Jack locations and other restaurants are lacking but this one hit the spot and satisfied all marks in my book.

They have rats I seen one running across the drive through one night do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. Disgusting hair in my food Im so livid I just left jack in the box never coming back to this jack in the box again. they don’t wear hair nets and I think they should that is so unsanitary. I really hope the employees wash their hands they rush and give you your food. To find hair in my food is so disappointing. Who wants to eat somewhere to find hair in your food.

I work overnights in the area. I know this whole area can be a hit or miss. However, this Friday night was a hit. The drive thru was busy around midnight Friday. My order was perfect, even the tacos and curly fries were freshly just made. The soda was even perfect. So the entire order was as good as it could’ve possibly have been. I went at the right time. I know I left a horrendous review for that Carl’s Jr next door. But it was multiple upon multiple times that the fries were just trash at Carl’s Jr. I took a chance with this Jack In The Box this Friday and it was outstanding. I have been here multiple times as well around midnight time. So to be fair since I will never go to that Carl’s Jr, I feel I have to leave a very positive review for this Jack in the Box because like I said it was somehow just all cooked and made as good as it could get that night. Overnight atmosphere, we all know what that area looks like overnight, not just Jack in the Box. The entire street of Florin Road at night etc. There is a Police Light and Camera setup there now.
