I never liked this location or jack in box in general but now I will never eat it because my friend said that they didn’t give him his app order and rude people and he just signed up for it to try and they totally failed him. I will stick to tacobell and mcdonalds where it’s consistent food and service. Fix it or go out of business

This has got to be the worst Jack in the box. $25 for cold greasy tacos, burgers and fries. Waited in the drive thru too long which should have been a red flag. The cashier was struggling to take our order getting it wrong (very simple order) over and over. We ordered 2 jumbo jack meals both with large Curly fries, 2 tacos, and a large iced coffee. When we got the curly fries it was OLD & COLD. I let the drive thru girl know the fries were cold and she looked me straight in the eyes and lied “they just came out of the fryer” of course I used to work in the fast food industry when I was a teenager so I kindly asked her to touch the fries but she rudely turned her back to me and walked away without saying a word! A man came and spoke to me. He said it’ll be a 3 minute wait time. The entire time I could hear this girl talking about her business and cussing loudly in the background. Also they failed to give me my receipt. Probably bc they didn’t want anyone to complete the survey on their nasty attitude/behavior and old, oily gross good. Tried calling the phone number on the window but no answer. Horrible place. Must avoid. Also that girl needs to be replaced asap if this place wants any business.

Jack in the Box is centrally located, right on the corner of Broadway & Stockton Blvd with plenty of seating, and they always have service with a smile with a variety of meal deals, You can’t go wrong with the prices. Yes they have plenty of parking. Five Stars hands down.

My friend said that he was scammed out of his app order, they didn’t want to give him his food for no reason, making a mistake telling him he already got it, and the manager was very rude. I’ve been there before and yes it felt dirty and rude and just not good. Needs a refresher with new manager and staff.

Slipped on loose gravel on jack in my bad back & slipped . Scraped my arm pretty bad & they quickly gave me 500.00 & said ,” DONT TELL ANYONE! had me sign some documents. & Was on my way. Heard later . , like movie ,” liar , liar , ” I coulda got you more” I used to get the jr. Jack , value fry & value coke for like 7.89 then McDs came out with the 6.oo meal, so I swithed to McDs hoping I’m not eating humans when I’m biting into the double dutch cheeseburger?

My dad and I were at UC Davis Medical center and was going to walk here but decided to drive which I’m glad we did. Only the drive thru is currently open. The drive thru wasn’t busy. They were very friendly and our food came to us fast. My chicken burger was very fresh and moist. My dad also really enjoyed his burger and our curly fries were fresh and hot. I always appreciate it when workers like the ones at this JIB take pride in their work because I can taste the quality.
