They seem to be understaffed. There was no one taking orders for about five minutes. There are no towels in the bathroom. The tables aren’t clean. A disabled customer dropped a soda and the first two staff to walk by it just ignored the mess. Another staff put up a wet floor sign about five minutes later but the soda is still all over the floor.

I have gone to this Jack in the Box for years. I began going to this Jack in the Box when it 1st opened up. This Jack in the Box as far as I’m concerned, is awesome. Today, we went through the drive-through, getting drinks and lunch for everyone in our car. The drinks were perfect, ice just right, drinks to the top. Sandwiches were well made, not over seasoned, hot and fresh. I got monster tacos; they were fresh and hot, as well not greasy, but fresh and tasty. The fries, as well, were fresh, lightly salted, and crispy. Everything tasted good, and the menu and the bill was done correctly. We went through the drive-through and were promptly accommodated, no long lines and no long waits. The drive-through and the parking lot was clean and the bushes well trimmed and up kept. Although we didn’t go inside today from past experience I know that is also well kept up. I would highly recommend this Jack in the Box to anybody.

After 2am they stand there and try to hide saying that they “can’t take any orders” and when you go to the window they hide. Super upset at the service they give. Don’t waste your time here go to the jack in the box on 2210 East Main Street.

I ordered delivery using the Jack in the Box app, (which I do all the time with no problems) and shortly after received a text telling me the order was canceled and that I should contact the store for more information. Which I did. I spoke to two different women who were both rude and insisted they do not deliver. But of course I have had deliver on multiple occasions from that store in the past. These two women were rude and refused to refund my money. I used to use them all the time. I will no longer use the store at 1200 E. Main St. Woodland. Both of the women (who refused to give me their names and gave me a fake name and a fake number to the corporate office) should be fired. There are plenty of people out there looking for work These two women should not be in jobs where they deal with the public. I realize this is just a fast food restaurant but they should still be trained in how to handle customers better. Especially when the customer requests a refund, they should give it to them.

I came to jack in the box to order food but instead was told no one can take my order because everyone is on break super upset because at 2:15 I get out of work, it states that it’s 24 hours open but it’s not don’t waste your time coming here at 2am because I have came here 3 times and all three times was told the same thing by the same person.

Shady place with tons of homeless and shady people. Always beggars and “gangsters” outside or inside. They always take a long time, even when it’s not busy, and can forget items. Been here twice and would only revisit if I needed curly fries ASAP (which, btw, their fries are super good)!
