I bought breakfast and went outside to sit and have a cigarette with my coffee. This employee came out and started doing this, getting my property and myself wet. She was intentionally harassing me and discriminated against me. I’m considering filing a civil rights lawsuit.

Wife wanted chicken nuggets after her surgery. We came to this jack in the box drive-thru. We were the only car In the drive-thru and the employee made us park in the normal parking lot and wait for food. When they brought our food out, I asked about our dipping sauces. The employee told me I never ordered any and would need to drive through the drive-thru a second time to get them and then just walked back inside. Very rude and unprofessional. Now everytime wife and I want drive-thru fast food we don’t eat jack in the box anymore.

Yesterday, 6-24-23, was the first time in about 8 years since being able to visit a Jack in The Box. After a long day of flying, stopped here to eat, and boy, am I glad I did. Went through the drive-through, Service was quick, and the lady at the window was so professional and extremely friendly. Got us our order in no time, I couldn’t pull over quick enough to dig into it. I got the Jumbo Jack w cheese and Onion Rings instead of FF, and Med Coke. OMG, that first bite was Soooo delicious. Mmmmmmmm, and then the Onion Rings. I was just telling a co-worker back in GA how Jack has the best onion rings, even better than most restaurants, and boy, I wasn’t disappointed. Just everything was how I remembered it, delicious. The only negative, make sure you put napkins in the bag. Still 5 Stars. I will be stopping on my way back out. And if the owners read this, Tell Jack he needs to come out to the Marietta, Kennesaw GA area. He would have them lined up around the block.

Breakfast was quick and efficient. We were in-and-out in a very short time in spite of eating in the restaurant. Surprisingly they had silk flowers at most tables, and not surprisingly the place was clean and well ordered. By any standards handicapped seating was available for all, handicap parking available outside, in handicap access to bathroom facilities was also available.
Everyone seemed pleasant, and helpful.The food seem to be well cooked on all of our orders, not just 1 or 2 but all 3. I’ve been to some places where the cooking was haphazard, or hit-and-miss. Here, everything seemed to be as it should be. I would return to this establishment to eat again.

Staff was incredibly friendly and the food was great. I don’t think I’ve ever seen fast food come out looking better than it does on the commercial. It’s clear the people working the morning shift of 12/10/23 care about their work. Thanks for the great experience with my pops.

Thanks to some quality TV ads, I’ve been craving a sourdough jack for a few months now. I finally got to get one this evening. It was abysmal. The meat was dry, flavorless, and had a weird texture. It wasn’t even warm. One of the buns/toast was stiff as cardboard, and the other half was soggy. Neither was buttered, though both were grilled. Complete disappointment. I can usually eat anything. I’m the family garbage disposal. I couldn’t even get halfway through it.
On the good side: the curly fries were yummy. The tacos were decent. My nine-year-old son enjoyed his cheeseburger.
