I ordered a Supreme Croissant that was not cooked very well and asked for them to remake it well done. I was very polite about it, but the server acted like it was a huge undertaking! Even though I was the only one in the restaurant and it was dead on drive thru. The second sandwich was more undercooked than the first one! The music was blasting and the bathrooms were horrible! Skip this place and go somewhere else! Horrible!

Three weeks and their 85+ flavor soda machine doesn’t work, dispensing uncarobonated watery syrup. I guess this is Jack In The Box’s version of McDonald’s ice cream machine (never working).

Well today was the worst time they had messed up on my order, had to drive back took them 5 minutes to even ask me anything, after maybe 10 minutes hands me one bag I was still waiting for one more bag , they forgot about me they had to ask me what i was still missing had me waiting for 10 more minutes I can hear the girl asking the other cashier are sure that was on her orderd, in total they had waiting over 25 minutes this is ridiculous they need train their shift leaders better, they are the ones that got my oder wrong why did i have to wait for so long im done with this Jack never eating from here again

Ordered online, this is a ultimate cheese burger from Jack in the box. They never picked up the phone to resolve our issues withe the food. I got incorrect food and the drinks came in broken cups(drink seeping out the side). I lost a lot of respect for this restaurant today.
