I visited today at 1242 PM. The lady helping me in the drive thru today truly disappointed me with her service and lack of maturity. She asked me if I could pull around to the front to wait for my food due to my churros being in the fryer. I declined and she gave me a dirty look. She then uttered a word about me in Spanish that was derogatory. Less than 30 seconds later my food was complete. Red shirt with excessive makeup is my description.

I love this location! Probably my favorite, the food was great as always and the inside is actually super nice with a nice and cool sunroom (that may or may not have been closed?) Plus the Asian lady with wings at the counter was super nice and friendly and quick! I think their freestyle machine was even working too which is so rare at Jack in the Box, it’s the equivalent of the McDonalds ice cream machine, you never know if it works or not

The curly fries taste like they us old burn oil. I ask them they said no they are fresh and give other ones and taste the same the chicken on the hamburger look like fake came all together and it feel like plastic.

The ticket says that Esther was one of the cashier’s that took my order. And my first time visiting this Jack in the Box has been one of the best. Very kind staff, and quick. Each person’s meal of ours was placed neatly in a separate sack. And even being fast food it was presented very appetizingly and not overly greasy. Great staff working this afternoon

The system is down every day from 4:00-5:00 AM. Don’t understand this. Once I asked when the system is down I was told from 4:00-4:30 and now it’s until 5:00 whenever I show up. Only place open during my lunch hour so it’s extremely frustrating. Employees are rude over the microphone and always sound annoyed whenever you come up to the drive thru. Will not be eating here anymore.

Ordered the two biscuits for $5.50. Was charged $10.53 and now offered a receipt. So they didn’t get my order correct and they don’t understand their current promotion.

They where inpatient and rude. They walked away from me ordering to take care of the drive thru. Then the soda Machine was not working properly and when I asked for her to get me a soda , she seems very inconvenient at my request. Then the frise where sitting in the warmer and also the tacos. They where old. I asked for fresh fries and got Additional attitude from her and try to argue with me. Then when I went to eat my eggerolls they where soft and old teasting. The hamburger had no keptup like ordered. We added our own. Also she changed the order to a different sandwich from what we wanted. This is a location I will never return to.
