I ordered a chicken sandwich from DoorDash. I asked for what I thought was grilled chicken instead of fried. I call to see if I can go down there and have it fixed, lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and threw the phone down and started talking about me in Spanish. Jokes on her bc I understand a good amount of Spanish, especially when people are upset. Eventually I just hung up because the manager was taking forever to get back on the phone. Don’t order from this jack in the box, they are deplorable.

There’s a new sheriff in town! I came inside here recently, against what I thought was my better judgment. The few previous times I came in, it was consistently dirty. There was an obvious difference this time, the walls, the floor, the tables and counters all looked like it’s been cleaned consistently. They must have new management. Good job! Eggrolls were as good as always. The burger was good but pricey. To be fair, I guess the prices have increased everywhere.

Second time in a month – get an order and there is practically nothing on the burger. Then – half way through the burger a nice long hair. Called the store, no answer, left a message, no return call. Filed with the Better Business Bureau. This was after two calls to try and resolve the issue.

Im all for the protest that fast food representatives need to get paid better wages, but only if it means that with said higher paid salary also comes a slightly higher level of competence requirement for all employees. Especially the ones responsible for taking the orders.. I mean how difficult is it to remember to put the bacon ON the sandwich somewhere when you have 2 options; one has no bacon, the other, which I paid for, Has the BACON! And somehow, what would have been said to be comparable to the historically famous star burger “the six dollar burger” only a short time in history ago, now somehow costs nearly double, as the solo burger, without bacon, and 3 cheese sticks cost me about $13. Thirteen bucks used to cover dinner for my whole family (of 4) and still come out on top looking like the nice guy for leaving a large tip.

Had a good experience on late night here. Do not eat fast food hardly anymore but was pleasantly surprised with the fresh & hot food I received from the drive thru. Service was on point & food was good for fast food. Definitely appreciate the extended time they are open late at night compared to the McDonald’s locations.
