A guy named Adrian took my order he was fast nice and professional. Sothanks alot, there was also another person working with him a spanish lady I think ? Didn’t get her name but she gets praise too I come here alot and she’s always fast and nice. Idk if there was a 3rd or 4th person who i wouldnt be able to see in the kitchen cooking but food came out fast ! That jack in the box got got a good team over there. I went to drive thru and there were several cars in front of me and there wasn’t really any wait time. Whoever is boss or supervisor tell them they are doing a good job its nice to hear that once in awhile !

I had a mobile order for drive thru pick up. The drive thru line was too long so I walked inside to get it instead. The cashier was very prompt and fast. Checked my ordered and gave it to me. I was in and out quick.

Ordered a baked brownie which wasn’t included in my meal so I had to ask for it and then when I got it, it wasn’t even a brownie like the picture showed, more like some kind of cookie with oreos, and it was ice cold/hard as a block. Not only did they get it wrong once but twice.

I came to order the advertised 4.99 Triple Bonus Jack meal (see attached pic) and was asked “Do you want the medium or large”. I said “just the regular”. Having experience in restaurant business, I knew exactly what she said. The order was over priced ($1.60) and when I said at the window I wanted what was advertised and was asked “which one I want”, the trainer said “no” she said she asked if I wanted to “GO medium or large”. She lied and said she had to specifically ask that and say “go up” because she’s training. I know very clearly she didn’t. She was not very nice but I know she realized she was caught. The lady ahead of me asked the same thing and she said “No you said medium”. So I’m not the only one. It’s just poor service and rather than apologize she made an excuse. The gentleman helping was nice but not the trainer. AND upon switching my drink to smaller, she gave me the wrong soda and did not give me a straw. The meal was a disappointment.

It was a late night meal for a couple of friends so i went to pick it up and forgot to check before i drove off and it was like 11:00pm so i didn’t want to go back but once again how do you forget the whole side order?

I ordered about $70 (80 after fees) worth of food for my family and I and I’m missing about $20!! I try to call and I get “This call cannot be completed as dialed” there’s another number that rings once and drops! This is absolutely rediculous!!! I have very limited time throughout my days and now I’m going to have to go in and argue this! I’m not a person who makes reviews or complains, but as a business, at LEAST have a working phone!!!

We ordered entrees which included 2 orders of the 2 or $3 jumbo tacos. And while we like the taste of the food, this particular evening staff missed including one order of the two for $3 jumbo tacos that we paid for.
I appreciate Jack in the Box Corp contacting me to make things right, but unfortunately I did not have a receipt and realized as well that the staff didn’t provide me with a receipt, which I thought would be a slam dunk. Will have to take just another second or two to make sure I get a receipt even though I was in a hurry.
