When in for an advertised special that day, all of a sudden discontinued for no apparent reason try to charge me more than double for the same item. I previously sold for half they are very good at bringing you in for a specials and discontinuing them without notice. The one thing I really can’t stand about this place. I find it unreasonable.

Sir i have one serious issue . I am a doordasher and i have complaint on the behalf of all dasher. The girl or lady who works at night (who speaks rude) misguide dasher most of the time when they come for their order. She has her own law . She misguide by saying that she doesn’t get this order or she got this order right now , come back later ( it is impossible to move out from drive through sometimes because of cars . You can watch cctv videos . She is kind of rude every time. I told her politely every situation but she doesn’t try to understand. Sometimes she looks kind of mentally depressed. So we ignore her . I can come here with all dasher , they can tell her story , her way of taking.
Sir Costumer is costumer , i think it doesn’t matter they order in store or online or in drive through. They pay for their food. So i requested you to take necessary action against her .
We can’t reply her because she doesn’t want to listen. Now she became worse for all dasher. Thank you sir

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals with large curly fries and some tacos from Uber eats and was told they wouldn’t give me any sauce for my food and I had to order sauce through the app and pay for it there. The app doesn’t even give you that option.
This wasn’t the first time this happened either. Last time I drove through the drive thru and ordered the same thing for my fiance and me. I asked for taco sauce, ketchup, ranch and BBQ sauce and they told me I had to pay extra for sauce?!?!? Like they wouldn’t give me any to go with my meals or my tacos.
So I have to use my own sauce at home?!?!?! Like really Jack and the Box???
