I was excited to try the loaded curly fries… Was. Got home and this is what greeted me – never mind how messy it looks (c’mon, try to make it look half decent), but it’s the wrong fries! Tried to call the number on the receipt, disconnected. Tried to call the number on Google maps, it was a fax. This location would probably have less complaints in person if they had the right phone number listed, and less complaints overall if actually QC’d the orders.

The food was hot, fresh and good but the service was terrible. The cashier did not greet us at the window or say a word. Just took my money. He forgot my tacos and questioned me about it.

Ben the drive through worker held down the restaurant. He took my order, took payment, and served me my food. All while being friendly and helping other customers. He was all around amazing.

I got a good burger. Not to mention a free burger and drink here from this nice lady. I got the buttery Jack and this time I drizzled soy sauce on it. A real nice flavor combination .

The restroom was clean enough. The staff of 3 was absorbed in socializing with eachother and very reluctant to help me, taking twice as long as necessary to get the items for me. I wanted to dine in but was automatically given takeout and ended up eating in the parking lot. The fries were barely edible and some of them were gross to look at. The sandwich was ok. Overall the food hit me with a chemical sadness (I’ve noticed this before in fast food, something in the food causes artificial sadness) and I decided this would be the last time I ever eat fast food. Extra poor experience when it was only after I’d ordered that I noticed the Halloween themed menu items, a reason to boycott this particular fast food chain regardless. But the way, the funky meal was fifteen dollars. A whole hour wage for me.
